Charming, clean, well provisioned, and in a great location! We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner which was ideal after wine tasting during the day.

Communication from the house hosts was always very prompt and thorough. They provided a helpful guide of area wineries, restaurants, and services well in advance of our trip. Check-in details were easy. The house location was excellent; a very short, safe walk to McMinnville's delightful main street. Each bedroom has its own AC unit for personal comfort which was nice. Kitchen was extremely well-equipped for a vacation rental home! Table & chairs on front porch was a nice way to begin each day with coffee talk, although 5th Street seems to be a favorite route for large commercial and delivery vehicles, making it a bit noisy in the morning but quiet at nighttime when it matters. Overall, this rental is a great value with excellent location, amenities, and host communications. We would definitely recommend this rental home!

Great place to stay in McMinnville Our party of six has nothing but good things to say about this property. Our weekend in McMinnville included a snow/ice event and being located so close to the businesses on Third St was very helpful - we were able to walk to several tasting rooms and restaurants. The home itself is well-appointed and very comfortable. The property owners were great communicators and helpful throughout the rental process. We wish we could have stayed longer and would absolutely return. It's a great home away from home in this cute wine-country town!

Fantastic stay!! Such a perfect house for a stay in McMinnville. We could walk anywhere in town and it’s centrally located for many of the wineries in the area! The host was very communicative and the house itself was adorable. Would stay here again!

Great time in McMinnville Our group of six (3 couples) loved this rental. Plenty of comfortable indoor/outdoor space to relax. Ample bedroom/bathroom space for each couple. We appreciated the location as we ventured to a few wineries and enjoyed downtown McMinnville.

Girls trip Could not ask for anything better. Perfect in every way. Will definitely be back. House is amazing and location is absolutely perfect. Enjoyed the fire pit and chairs in the back yard. House is equipped with everything. Bedding and linens are superb! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your corner of paradise.

Perfect Home Base This was such a fantastic house with no detail spared. Comfy beds, great coffee, super clean, and close to everything. Great home base for a girl’s trip to Willamette. Porch Light were great hosts who provided super helpful info upfront & easy check out.

Girls weekend We liked that the house had enough towels, nice linens, and plenty of toiletries. Plus, the dishes were newer and kept in good condition. The only negative was it was on a corner and several homeless people were talking to us and hanging out, but the home is in a good location to downtown. Definitely would recommend it to others.

50 Years of Friendship. This group of six women have known each other for over 50 years. We come from far and wide and still manage to get together at least once a year. Staying at the 5th Street house was so enjoyable for all of us because it gave us the space, amenities and comfort that we needed. We hope we get to stay there again.

Perfect house for wine tasting! Our group of 8 friends stayed in this comfortable, beautifully renovated home, easy walking distance from the charming main street of McMinnville with excellent restaurants and wine tasting. We appreciated the host's recommendations for wine tasting and dining in the area. In particular, we agreed that a great place to start wine tasting is at Acorn to Oak Experience in McMinnville on 3rd Street. The comfortable wine far represents 30 local wineries and is staffed by students of Linfield University's wine education program. Fun!

Awesome wine weekend Stayed with 2 other couples for a long weekend of vineyards and tastings. The accommodation was amazing and super convenient for everything we needed to do, see, and visit. I’m not much for reviews unless there was an issue. There was NONE. We will DEFINITELY rent this location again!!!

Wonderful Wine Tour Week! Our six person group was looking for a house in the heart of wine country within walking distance to town and we found the perfect place! Each couple had their own bedroom and bath and the community spaces worked great. We drank coffee on the front porch in the morning and after a day of wine tastings, we enjoyed a fire in the backyard in the evening. We had great walkable choices for dinner in town. I would absolutely recommend this home to any group or family looking to enjoy the beautiful Willamette Valley area.

Excellence in all the little details Our stay was delightful. We are three women celebrating our transition to senior citizen status and we had a wonderful stay. The house is very well appointed, scrupulously clean, and better than advertised. We are all cooks and really appreciated how well the kitchen is equipped. We cooked and barbecued four nights in a row and didn’t have a problem preparing sophisticated dishes. And we so appreciated the thoughtful touch of a small birthday cake to greet us on our arrival. The location is great for walking to tasting rooms, restaurants and cute stores. We definitely would stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends who appreciate finer touches when travelling.

We had a terrific time in McMinnville. The house had a stocked kitchen that accommodated our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was a perfect location to walk to coffee in the morning and dinner at night. It’s also close enough to make a day trip to the coast. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Short Family Getaway We spent two nights. The location is fabulous just off historic downtown with all of the cool restaurants and shops. The house is great and has been renovated very tastefully.

Great place Super amazing place with old charm and beautifully decorated. It sits in a promise location and walking distance to so many places. The beds and pillows were amazing and my husband and I always struggle with pillows. The house truly is huge. We come to visit every other year and will make this house our “go to” from Now on. 60th Birthday wine tour. Nicely restored and surprisingly spacious city residence. Very well appointed and fantastic McMinnville location - just minutes walking distance from downtown and easy drive to all the popular wineries.

Exceptional stay! We stayed this property for a birthday celebration and it was wonderful! Plenty of space for 5 of us. The property is exactly as it is described, and the location is even better. The check-in process was very simple, and we had any of our questions answered in a very timely manner. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of the town and wineries!

Perfect stay This was a wine business trip to check in with Oregon wineries and introduce growers to our newest sales reps. The home location and layout was just what we were looking for. Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal. Great location The location was perfect for exploring the downtown and beyond. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. It is right on the street that transitions from residential to commercial. Walk one way and you’re in the middle of residential homes, the other way and things are a bit busier with all the shops. It was great.

Review The location of this house is perfect. You can walk to everything offered. The house is quite large with everything you may need. The only problem we had was in the upstairs TV room where we thought there was a pull out bed. It was a configuration of the coach. There were no sheets or blankets for it. The property manager did bring over the needed bedding.

A MUST! This house is so charming with all the amenities you and your family/friends could ever need. The house was very clean with ample supply of toiletries, the best coffee, a backyard fire pit and the list goes on and on. The location was excellent for walking to all sorts of shops and restaurants. Also, the hosts were VERY responsive when we needed anything at all. I texted the hosts and I had a reply within a MINUTE! Great overall experience - a must stay!
