This house was as described in the listing, quiet, large open spaces, lots of natural light, and fun to stay in. Our kids had a great time exploring and playing on both floors. Plenty of space to relax/work/cook/eat and the hot tub was great! I especially want to note that the Cascadia Getaway host/team were proactive, responsive, friendly, and so helpful in their communications with us before, during, and even after our stay. Answered all our questions promptly and solved problems we ran across. Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay there again.

It was perfect for me and my family. My son is autistic so it hard to find a home that accommodates him. It matched the description perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Great place for a family

My family and I loved the house. A super fun open design that has a ton of heart and personality. Fantastic kitchen to cook in, which my dad loved. And my kids loved the bunk beds. Loved this place. Would gladly stay/rent again.

Amazing find with great walkable access to the beach, secluded enough from nearby towns but close enough for plenty to do! This was a great location for our family get together and the cousins loved the bean bags and bunk beds. I did express that the place needed a good deep cleaning and I'm sure that's already been taken care of. Overall, a great stay with great amenities!

The house was beautiful and and matched the pictures online. There was plenty of space for my large family, and the kids absolutely loved the spiral staircase and triple bunk beds. I also appreciated that all of the kitchen cabinets were labeled so everything was easy to find and put away. My family definitely plans on staying here again!

Host was very responsive to messages prior to and during our stay. Home was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kid friendly and very close to beach.

It was a beautiful home, perfect for our family beach trip! Kids loved the hot tub and the bunk beds, and my daughters loved each having their own space. We also enjoyed picking numerous blackberries in the yard! One thing to note for elderly- the first floor toilet is very low and difficult for my 80yr old parents to use since there was no grab bar. (My dad had a fall trying to get up but he’s ok). Thanks for your hospitality.

Great location, super close to the beach which was an easy walk or jog. The house is well equipped and super cute. Great for 2 families!

This place is absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures! We were a group of 10, including 4 kids, and we all had an amazing stay. The house is HUGE and spacious, and everything is so well designed and thought of. There are labels in the kitchen for everything, there are so many games and books for kids and adults, and there is so much space for everyone. The hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay, and they even dropped off some extra fans when we needed them. One extra washroom would have been great for such a huge place, but regardless, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seaside.

This home has multiple "hang out" areas making it great for groups. It was very clean and we appreciated the excellent hot tub!

Our group had a great stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and just as beautiful as the pictures. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. The host team was incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions. We had minor issues with the bathtub and the grill, but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Special Gearheart Stay The home was very well appointed, and included all the amenities and supplies that one could want for a cozy Gearheart stay! The house is a short distance from the beach, along with a charming McMenamins property. There was ample space for our group, and we were impressed with the thoughtful touches like lap blankets, bean bags, high quality kitchen gadgets and board games. Everything was as listed. Our only improvement would be the comfort of the mattresses. Otherwise we wouldn’t change a thing!

Wonderful home The property was fantastic. Perfect for my friends and I. I was able to find everything I needed. It seemed like everything had been thought through very carefully. The house was very clean. The only issue I had with cleanliness was that the throw blankets had a smell to them and seemed unwashed but in the scheme of things that was a very minor detail. The rest of the house was very clean and the beds were made fresh. Expectations of the host are fair. Some of the communications had typos such as check in at 7pm instead of 4 and checkout at 11 instead of 10, but i dont blame the host for that, rather the system used to generate automated messages. The location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Great house Great house for several couples to stay at. The bedrooms offered good separation and was very comfortable. We had a couple small issues but the host responded almost immediately. Would recommend and will return.

Elisa left the house in good condition however she did bring a pet without asking and the home is listed as NOT pet friendly.

Nice property This was a very nice property overall. Very spacious, in good condition, easy drives to Seaside, Ecola State Park, and Astoria. The hot tub was a big hit with the teens, and the extremely well stocked kitchen was great. There are only two bathrooms, which was a bit hard to manage with 9 people, and the dining room needs window shades to keep it from turning into a greenhouse in the summer, but overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the beach. I chose this property because it had an interesting floor plan, hot tub, was reasonably priced, and if your plans changed you could cancel within a reasonable time. Very nicely laid out, drawers in kitchen were all labeled for convenience, and very comfortable overall. The sunroom was nice, and I understand the weather isn't always sunny and 85+ degrees, but an option to cover it when it might be is worth considering. Although, opening the windows does create a nice flow through as a worthwhile option. Everything was neat and clean on arrival, and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others.

Cascadia Getaway made this so easy. Every communication was welcomed and helpful. Every question and request was answered immediately. Instructions were clear and accurate. Any potential issue was dealt with promptly. They were fair and considerate, and so easy to work with. I would absolutely want them managing my own property and would choose other properties to stay at preferentially if they were managing it.

Loved the lay out of the house and watching the rain in the dinning area! Loved relaxing in the hot tub after the cold days on the beach!

We had a great stay, the home was very comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was super relaxing. It was extremely stormy while we were there and the sunroom windows were like a waterfall feature, it was fun watching the rain run down them. And the fire place was an added bonus during the stormy weather! Cascadia Getaways always responded quickly to any of our needs and were always super friendly!

There are a good variety of spices provided for cooking, the kitchen has all utensils and dishes I could have imagined needing, all the necessary small appliances. The house was very clean and had all needed towels and linen. We loved the different seating areas and eating areas. The hot tub was ready to go! There wasnt excessive expectations for checkout/cleanup. We had to find a new place last minute, and this place was very accommodating. I would come back, and recommend in the future to anyone planming a trip to the west coast!

This is a very nice home . It met all ourneeds. We will rent it againa. It was clean and as advertised.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay! This house is beautiful and out with lots of thoughtful touches. The pictures cannot capture how perfect this house is. The kitchen is especially well stocked, including many spices and more plates/glasses/dishes of all types. Even flower vases were stocked! We had a fun time using the kitchen and eating in the beautiful dining room. I love how close this is to the beach, yet secluded on a quiet street and surrounded by trees. This was the perfect location. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Super quiet and peaceful home that was both spacious and cozy. Walkable to the beach. Would note that there are actually 6 bunks but the top two are quite high and all 6 are on the small side, not quite fitting adults of reasonable height/size. Otherwise, this house was super lovely and the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. So much more personable than other property management companies! Cascadia Getaways for the win!

Nice location, roomy layout, needs urgent cleaning/attention We were very pleased with the location and layout of the property, and believe this can be an excellent rental with some needed attention. Overall, disappointed with condition compared to cost. There's a lot of small issues with this property that need to be addressed before they turn into larger issues: the "Ensuite" toilet runs every 30-60 minutes, and it's loud and slow to fill (from the moment we arrived - nothing short of turning off the water supply will stop it, needs a new fill & flush valve). The upstairs toilet mount (to floor) is lose and moves when you sit on it. Broken outlet cover next to the downstairs entertainment center. Spiral staircase is loose (noisy and wiggles underfoot), and is missing a section of handrail cover at the top. Range Hood needs cleaning (grease on hood and the ceiling) and the lights do not work. The BBQ grill was filthy, only 2/3 of burners would light, and there wasn't a scrub brush to clean with (two old, bald brushes in the lower cabinet). There are exposed nails on the front deck (rotted boards). Mouse droppings beside the front door (only place we saw them, thank goodness). Gutters need cleaning and have 1" tall tree growing within the front side (when it rained, they overflowed). Cobwebs and dust everywhere inside. Windows need washing - one of the panes in the sunroom is filling with water. We had to vacuum the dresser drawers in the primary bedroom before putting our close in them.
