We had a fantastic stay for a weekend family getaway. We enjoyed the access to the beach and the beautiful property.

We loved our stay in Seaside! Great house, convenient yet private location. Great place to stay with family and friends. We would absolutely stay here again.

With the exception of the giant disappointment from kids that the fire pit wasn’t working, the whole stay was amazing. The place was beautiful and the location was great. Kitchen had everything you needed. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Loved the place, beautiful! Only negative I can say was the doors had gunk on them. They were dirty. We never got to use the fire pit they didn’t know where the key was, that was a bummer lol. But what sucked was we had a man doing landscaping outside the house in the back yard right before 8 am on check out day. Kids wanted to be in the back playing while we packed to enjoy & the man was looking around doing stuff in the back it made us all feel uncomfortable. Not to mention the lawn mower that early too. I’ve always had good stays with airbnb but this one had its things. Wouldn’t stay again. But the house & location was so pretty!

We had a great time! There is a pack n play for kids. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals. The beach is walkable and a lovely walk. The play/swing set is great for kids. The host was very communicative. Highly recommend and would come back! Thanks for a nice stay!

Absolute Perfection! The location, amenities and overall comfort of this property are second to none! We walked the neighborhood daily, took strolls to the beach, and took advantage of all the fun toys and activities provided for our kiddos. Loved the Peloton on property! Will 100% stay again.

Incredible Home We stayed this past weekend for a basketball tournament and the home was incredible. The cleanliness was impressive and the amenities were top notch. It fit our family and our friends and our teen and tween kids, perfection. The internet had some troubles at the beginning but the communication about the situation was incredible from start to finish about the repair. Loved this home and will return with our family.

Beach was Short walk from the back of the house. The kitchen had everything you need, including spices. There were extra blankets in the rooms and even a fireplace that was very cozy. The hot tub was clean and nice and a larger size. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our family gathering. Also, the decorated Christmas tree in the front room was very nice during our holiday weekend stay.

We had the most wonderful stay! The house was not only beautiful but immaculate. It had everything our big family needed for a great stay! I loved the feel of the home and the view of the ocean. We enjoyed walks on the beach at sunset and our boys got to drive on the beach as well! The neighborhood was cozy and very well kept. It was close to everything we needed. We are so grateful we got to stay. It really felt like home away from home. Thank you for having us!

Had an amazing time staying here for a golf trip at Gearhart. The location couldn’t have been better. A couple minute walk from the beach and under an 8 minute drive away from Gearhart Golf Links, very convenient. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely communicative and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect home and location for anyone looking to stay at the OR coast. The home is on the beach with your own walkway down to the water. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The sunsets are amazing beauty and be viewed from the large deck, fire pit or the extremely clean hot tub. We also saw Elk and a golden eagle from our deck. If you enjoy golf the 9-hole Highlands Golf course is in the community and fun to walk and play. The community also just redid their tennis and pickelball courts which are great. As for the location you are close to Seaside, Cannon Beach and Astoria so it's a perfect middle to go anywhere you want to go. And lastly the Concierge service, Cascadia Getaways team was fantastic from beginning to end. I can't imagine anyone not loving their stay at Elk Ridge. We will be renting this home again.

The home is BEAUTIFUL. Very comfortable for our group. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! The beds were so stinking comfortable. I think I must have been so excited about the house I didn’t realize you wouldn’t have a view of the ocean from the house, but it was still a lovely visit and the house was sublime. I also had to call a couple times with questions and they were incredibly responsive.

A perfect place for friends to all come together. Kids had a blast and adults did too! Thank you!

Our 2024 Thanksgiving holiday at Elk Ridge will be one of our favorite memories. Thank you Cascadia Getaways for taking good care of us- the house was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well stocked. My only suggestion would be to provide guests information how to best evacuate if an earthquake with resulting tsunami was to happen, and to advise guests to preregister with Clatsop County Emergency Notification System prior to their stay. We did and it was simple to unregister later. The day after we checked out, an earthquake near Eureka, CA created alerts for a possible tsunami north to Florence, Oregon.

Fantastic place!

The house was amazing, well stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach and short drive to town. Hot tub was clean without being over chemically, lots of games.

House was very clean! We had a small issue with working the outside fire pit, they responded within the hour and handled it right away! 10/10 would stay again!

This house is great. It is in a gated community, peaceful, a few minute walk to a private open beach. It felt nice for those few days. Everyone wished we had a longer stay.

Cascadia getaways house Description was misleading on the ocean view. No view anywhere on the property. Also described the bedrooms abd bathrooms incorrectly.

Beautiful home! Very much as advertised and you really can't beat the location. Great communication as well from Cascade Getaways throughout. We would definitely come back!

What a fabulous house in a great neighborhood

This was an amazing place to stay! Very comfortable for 7 adults - we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The location was ideal for coastal day trips!
