So beautiful for big family!

We had a fantastic stay at Iron Mountain Lodge for Christmas. The house was extremely clean, and obviously very well maintained. It was very well stocked from the kitchen (including kids plates/cups, etc.), toys for the kids, and plenty of extra blankets and bedding. It was an easy drive from Portland, and felt very secluded. I would definitely book this again for my extended family and I.

Best family gathering we've had in Oregon Wonderful place, great location. The younger children's toys were a hit, the board games and arcade room were a great resource as well. Only suggestion is to provide curtains in the kids room.

Grandkids want to stay here again! This was a wonderful place for our family. It is a beautiful, large home set in the trees but with lovely open spaces also. The great room, (vaulted ceiling, big electric fireplace and large screen TV above that, huge sectional sofa with huge Ottoman) could have all 9 of us in there doing a variety of things and not feel crowded. I had a puzzle in one corner, my daughter-in-law was doing artwork in another and grandson, 4, was playing with the play store set up! We had plenty of room in the nice big kitchen for my daughter-in-law, granddaughter, husband and I to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! We really appreciated the extra refrigerator in the laundry room! It was less than 30 minutes to drive to Government Camp for the kids to play in the snow. That was a great addition to the whole adventure. It was fun to watch our 2 sons and 3 grandsons shooting hoops in the driveway at the house and then heading off into the woods to explore! The property is very large and private and backs up to BLM land. Lots of room to explore. The young crowd enjoyed the hot tub and the 4 year old was thrilled with the large wooden train set he found! And the game room was a big hit with a pool table, fussball, 2 arcade games, and a table shuffleboard. The grandkids are asking if we can go there again!! We enjoyed a very memorable Thanksgiving.

Everything was great! Gorgeous house and beautiful location for our group’s weekend getaway. Cascadia Getaways was super communicative and helpful with small questions as they came up. Would stay there again!

Amazing place, we enjoyed the beautiful weather and views during our stay. The home is thoughtfully setup. Game room is super fun especially if you are coming in with a group. It offers great privacy, very close to mt hood, yet grocery stores, marts are near by. Definitely recommend experiencing the place.

The home was incredibly beautiful and absolutely perfect. Everything was as described and the host was super kind and helpful. My cousins and I had the most amazing experience here and we highly recommend it to others! 10/10 worth the price!

It was a great stay for my College cross country team. They made some lifelong memories hanging out at the house before and after competing!

We had a short but very enjoyable weekend at the well appointed, clean, fully equipped Iron Mountain Lodge. Our first impression was, wow this place is big! We were a group of 8 and I'd say the home is very appropriate for 8-10 friends, two families with kids, or one very large family. And I felt that the rate was very reasonable, especially for late-season. Even the peak season rates seem good too. To quickly touch on the spaces, the 1st floor master bedroom was enormous with an almost rediculously large bathroom including jacuzzi tub. Other bedrooms are upstairs with one being another large master bedroom. The 2 grownups took the downstairs while the youngers and friends took the upstairs. Kitchen was spacious. Well-used eclectic cookware and had what we needed. Kcup machine with both single or full pot options was a nice touch. Quitest dishwasher I've never heard. Main deck has a large grill with 5 burners that works great (much better than mine). Finally, hot tub plenty big for 4

Great weekend getaway with friends.

We were a group of eight men taking a friends trip and the house was great for us. Pros: privacy, beautiful surroundings, lots on if home games and entertainment, access to great nature areas, sharp knives, well apportioned kitchen Cons: limited restaurant options.

We had a wonderful stay hosting our friends and family here for dinner after our wedding. We are so grateful that they opened up their home and allowed us to have guests. The house is stunning and you can see the true care that went into it. The space was also the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in! The outdoor area is beautiful as well. The home is exactly as described but more beautiful than the pictures give it credit for. Thank you again, you made our wedding weekend so special ❤️

The house is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. My fiancé and I got married three times in their beautiful yard (different groups of people that couldn’t be there at the same time so we just had three weddings!). The house is pretty close to the highway, which I knew in advance, but the traffic was much more than I anticipated (my bad.). The game room downstairs was a big hit for our guests, everyone enjoyed it! On the downside, the paper products were horrid, we bought our own toilet paper and paper towels. When you pay over $30,000 for a 7-wk stay, you shouldn’t have to go out and buy your own paper products! The owners said you “must wear proper bathing attire in the hot tub??? Nobody tells me what I can and cannot wear in a private hot tub! Silly rule and one we definitely broke! The dishwasher drying heating element worked sometimes, but mostly it didn’t. I had to hand dry almost every load. The management company gets 5 stars, they were excellent, very responsive!

We enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating my sons bachelor party and had fun at their game room and just spending a relaxing weekend

Unbelievable dream house, beautiful and secluded, had Friendsgiving here and wouldn't have changed it for the world. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed at.

Beautiful place peaceful love the surroundings, just amuse and loved the trees and we were there when it was raining. It was just so beautiful. There was deers in front of the porch.

Great stay for families or couples. We had no issues finding the home and the host were very responsive and made their guest feel at home and accommodated. Couldn’t ask for a better getaway.

Loved this place! Driving up and seeing the beautiful home and grounds was so wonderful. The house was spacious, clean and well-stocked for a memorable girls weekend. The hot tub, fire pit and game room were icing on the cake! Hoping to be back with another group!

Nice place!

The hosts are extremely helpful for any questions you may have! The property is great, feels secluded enough while still having easy access to plenty of things. One of the nicest AirBnBs I’ve stayed at, highly recommend

Everything was in working order and matched the description. Highly recommended. My only complaint was the large portable speaker was broken.

Great location! Had a great time

Multiple problems with stay We had multiple challenges with this rental. The management company alerted us that the fireplace would not be in working order just before our stay, sadly. They did offer 150 refund for this issue. When we arrived, there was no propane service to the home, so we could not use the stovetop. BBQ was also broken so we had no way to cook. Cascadia management is incapable the only response I received after multiple calls is "We are coordinating with the local team". A handyman was sent out to service the lack of propane but was unable to fix it, this was clearly his first visit to the home as he asked me for the security codes to access service panels and locked utility rooms. A second person was sent the next day and was again unable to fix it. The gas company arrived after 1.5 days and repaired a faulty regulator- only after more than 15 requests (calls, emails and texts) from us. There are no blinds/shades/curtains on the bedroom and bathroom windows, this was perhaps the most disturbing part of our stay- the complete lack of privacy while bathing/changing/sleeping. One bed frame was assembled incorrectly and sloped at such a steep gradient that it was unusable. The thermometer on the first floor was either broken or locked and controlled remotely by the management company, we had to continually ask for heat to be turned up. Cleanliness could be improved especially sinks and showers. We spent the first 2 seeking help for broken items. Would not recommend.

We loved our stay at this Cascadia Getaway! We had the most incredible views outdoors and plenty to occupy ourselves indoors as it rained. Would definitely book again! This place was so beautiful.
