Amazing home that felt like home. Positive: We had such a great 3 night stay at the Latourette Estate! The place was super clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and really comfortable overall. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfy, which made it easy to relax and unwind after a day out. We also loved being able to make breakfast at the house. Everything we needed was there, and we especially appreciated the fresh coffee beans and tea bags. The instant hot water was amazing for making tea and made our mornings feel extra cozy. The location was perfect too. Close to downtown, which made it convenient to explore shops, and restaurants without having to go far. It ended up being the perfect spot for our girls trip. We’d definitely stay here again! Negative: We couldn't get the individual air units in the bedrooms to work properly, but that could've been user error. There are printed instructions on how to operate the units.

The perfect place for a girls weekend! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the common areas made it easy to hang out and play games. We made so many fun memories and would definitely book again!

This place is my favorite place to stay on VRBO! It is my 2nd time staying here and it’s clean, cozy and so charming. We did a girls weekend and ALL the girls raved about how quaint and comfortable this little gem of a stay was.

Lovely! Perfect home for a three generation girls trip! The house is gorgeous, amenities were perfect, beds were very comfortable. Communication was fantastic. Close enough to walk to downtown, but very quiet and serene.

Wine weekend Great time! House was amazing. Spent the weekend there with girlfriends celebrating a friend getting married. Loved how easy the walk was to downtown Mcminville. House was so cute in person and a great set up.

Girls Wine Weekend The 6 of us had a fabulous time staying in the house and walking to all the local wineries and shops. The house was beyond beautiful!! So much space for 6 of us!

Girls 50th Birthday Trip This house was perfect for our girls trip. The house has 4 King beds which was awesome! It is modern and comfy, great back porch and table to hang out at and drink wine! Great location, short walk to 3rd Street. The property managers were so wonderful to work with.

Could have stayed longer! First time to Oregon. Girls wine trip. We must come back!

Perfect Girls Trip! We had a WONDERFUL time at this property. I have rented several houses/condos in the past, and this was one of the best! Well equipped, notes explaining how everything worked from the light switches to the induction stove top. It is totally walkable to downtown, which makes it great! We also enjoyed the games and putting together a puzzle on a rainy day. The grill and table in the back was perfect for dinner at the house. We will be staying again!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway This McMinnville house was amazing! Perfectly located close enough to walk to great shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. Accommodations were all first class, comfy beds, tasteful decorations, very spacious. Jen and Lisa were excellent hosts, easy to communicate with and prompt. We highly recommend using Cellar Door Wine Tours as a driving service or to coordinate tastings for you. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

This home was spacious with a kitchen island that facilitated the whole family making Christmas cookies. This is an example of a gorgeous high quality renovation with modern conveniences in a historic farmhouse. Well done!\n\nWe do have a member of our party that uses a walker and she was able to use the main floor bedroom en suite bathroom without difficulty. There are 4 steps to enter at the front door, but less steps through the laundry room around the side of the home. The front steps are fairly deep so with people on either side of the person using the walker she was able to navigate the steps. Inside doorways & first floor hallways were wide and easy to navigate for the walker (walker is 29in wide).

Best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to dozens of AirBNBs across the country and this was by far the cleanest, most tasteful and well appointed home. Every detail was carefully curated. For example, professionally laminated signs with instructions and guidance for the light switches, window and French door operation. Each of the 4 king size beds were comfortable for all family members and bathrooms had high end finishes. There was no “builder grade” shortcuts taken in the construction or decor. The weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the back deck, but the yard was well maintained and surrounded by mature trees in such a way that the home had a good sense of privacy. The kitchen was well appointed with quality cookware and utensils. There was also a drawer with spices, cooking oil, etc that gave us a head start on cooking meals. Everyone in my family who stayed overnight, or just stayed for a meal was raving about how nice the home was.

Nice remodeled home that has some drawbacks We stayed at the rental for four nights in early March for a family vacation and wine tasting trip. The house is located close to McMinnville Center and is spacious. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the six of us. The kitchen and living room are big and there is laundry in a separate building. It is a very old home - built in 1890. I have asthma and a lot of allergies. I am very sensitive to mold in a way that most people are not. The house was musty - especially the first floor. The whole family smelled it as soon as we walked in. We contacted the owners and they immediately brought us a nice-sized HEPA filter which helped a little. The owners were responsive. I was able to stay in the house but I was congested for most of the stay. The weather was such that we could not open the windows to air it out. If you are not sensitive to mold, this location should be fine for you - as evidenced by all the 5 star reviews. I have trouble staying in a lot of places due to my allergies and the climate in this area is very rainy. If it wasn't for the musty smell, I would give it 5 stars.

Great place for a family vacation We really liked the floor plan and the kitchen was well equipped. The outside seating area was great for 7 people. The management company answered any questions very promptly. The house is centrally located in a fantastic wine region.

home base for a family wedding The house and accommodations were really great. I don't usually expect too much but this home met and exceeded my expectations- it's truly lovely!

Lots of added fees, but super nice! You won't be disappointed by this lovely house that is very walkable to 3rd street! Definitely has way more fees than anything else I've ever seen on VRBO, however. (Totally fair of them to charge whatever they want, but just fyi the price you see is nowhere near what it actually costs). Lisa was very responsive and was even kind enough to reach out and mail a cherished stuffed animal that my daughter left behind. The living room / kitchen area was large and is great for comfortably fitting a lot of people. We also _loved_ the induction stove top and pans! Cooked things super evenly and cleaned even easier! Would happily stay here again!

Great upscale farmhouse All the charm of a farmhouse with the upscale modern amenities. Great spot for groups coming to the willamette valley.

Friends trip Loved our stay. The beds were so comfortable. 4 kings with 3 1/2 bath was especially good for 4 women. Walkable to the shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Lovely house in a great location We stayed in this beautiful house for a week in McMinnville. The large kitchen was great, the bedrooms, all with king-size beds, were perfect for our group of friends, and we enjoyed being able to walk to stores and restaurants. As a bonus, we saw deer visiting the backyard in the mornings.

Gravel Biking Nice location, an easy walk to restaurants. The four adult couples enjoyed the house and yard. We also enjoyed walking through Linfield College, attractive campus. The historic farmhouse is beautifully restored with modern amenities. It was a wonderful four nights.

Wine Tasting Great location and amazing house to stay with friends while visiting local wineries.

Loved it! This house was so perfect for four couples! The house was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Great recommendations from our host regarding wineries and restaurants. Just wish it was a little closer to town. We had hoped it would be close enough to walk, but in bad weather, it definitely was not. Would highly recommend!!

We found the property to be very comfortable, well equipped and an excellent location for visiting wineries and the coast. Only issues we had is that some of the window blinds weren't working and the heating/cooling system was confusing (although we didn't really need it in this weather). Our daughter also reported that the exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't seem to be very effective

Beautiful Property This house was perfect! The location was a great jumping off point for wine tours and the town is close enough that we were able to walk to and from dinner every night so no one had to worry about driving. Highly recommend!

Fantastic 1890 Home This home is beautiful and spotless. All of the bedrooms have king sized beds! There was even a snack basket for us when we arrived! It is within walking distance to downtown where you will find quaint shops, places to eat, and wine tasting! The management was also great!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful home and we’ll appointed We stayed for just 2 nights but thoroughly enjoyed it. It I was clean and had everything we needed. The furniture, bedding and linens were very comfortable and well done. The beds were quite comfy. The personal care products were a real bonus and good quality. The location was great for wine tasting. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided good instructions for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay! The house was so charming and property was also very secluded with great trees and backyard. We loved the quality of the restoration which was high end with keeping the original charm. Also LOVED it was walking distance to the McMinnville restaurants and shops.

Graduation We have stayed in MANY houses in McMinnville and this is our absolute favorite! I am always so happy when it is available for our dates. It has everything you may need and is so close to Linfield campus! It’s also walking distance to downtown and just a perfect location and beautiful home. We LOVE this home!

An absolute gem in McMinnville! There were 4 couples on this trip for a wine tasting weekend. We all absolutely loved the house & location. All the bedrooms have king beds, which was a game-changer. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were top notch. Communication with the owners was great and there is plenty of parking for cars. We all loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Cheers!

Loved this place. If you have a large group, this is the place to stay. Clean, gorgeous, comfortable beds. Deer walking through yard. TV never came on. Well done owners. Suggestions would be serving platters, and a salad bowl.

Fabulous historic home! Updated and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds and linens. Glad to have 3 baths although one quite small. Other baths nicely done. Would like to have had a little counter space or shelf in bathroom for supplies. Overall a really great property!!!

Charming old home Great space, close to downtown!

Spring Break Trip Great property and location. Only reason I take away one star is because we were unable to take a hot shower in the bathroom upstairs. Water was only able to get to a luke warm feel. They were unable to fix this issue. If you don’t care for hot showers this is a non issue. Shower downstairs seemed to work fine.

Absolutely fantastic place We had a great stay, the place was clean, spacious, well appointed and situated in a lovely neighborhood. It was an easy walk to town. It really had everything we needed for a fantastic day. Our hosts were also terrifically, communicative and responsive as we planned our trip. Perfect experience This property was an old farmhouse renovated perfectly. You felt like you were in a brand new home, but with all the unique characteristics of the farmhouse still. We did not do any cooking during our stay but it looked like it had all the necessary tools to do so. The house is within walking distance to the Main Street, but we drove the few times we went down there. I definitely recommend this house and would stay again!

Fantastic Place This house is beautiful. It's perfectly appointed with almost everything you would need while staying. The beds are very comfortable. The backyard space is amazing and we were disappointed we couldn't make use of it due to weather. A quick short walk to downtown McMinnville so we didn't need to have a DD when going to dinner. The hosts are very professional and responsible. I highly, highly recommmend.

Beautiful home This is a beautifully renovated home. The deck provides a gorgeous spot for dining and socializing. The kitchen is well-equipped. Bedrooms were very chic. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay The Latourette property is charming, well appointed, and cared for beautifullly. I will stay here again if I return in spring or summer. It was quite drizzly while we were in McMinnville, so we had a great time cooking, puzzling and relaxing.

Lovely House in Great Location The house was exactly as it looked in photos, everything was clean and new, decor was gorgeous. Fantastic deck (especially great given the heat wave) that felt like you were in the woods. Easy walk to town, even in 100 degree weather!
