My family and I had a nice stay for the weekend at this home. Other reviews are correct in that the bunk bed and smaller bed set ups are not like a typical Queen or king bed, but they are very clear and transparent about the sleeping arrangements here so as guests you just need to be prepared for that. It totally worked out fine for us though, and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful which was also nice. No complaints and would recommend this home to others.
We stayed here with family while our kids had events at OSU. This is a great family friendly home. Great kids rooms, lots of space, clean, comfortable, and it was as described. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were very friendly. Host had great communication. There is a great grocery store and more just steps away. And mini golf is just around the corner and lots of parks for the kids. We had a great time!
There were multiple things about the place that were very disappointing. The hot tub was very dirty and not properly taken care of…the chlorine tablets were dumped on the bottom. AC was advertised but did not work..It was obvious that the unit needs serviced..the filter was completely dirty and unable to circulate air as well as ducking had extreme dirt and dust build up. There was a total of 2 outside chairs they were half broken. Most of the family had to sit on the grass..1 coffee cup was put away with a 1 inch layer of grease in it. (Very disgusting). The door to the crawl space outside to get under the house was broken leading to whatever wanted to live free of charge..We have stayed at tons of air bnb’s and this one is on the bottom of the list. We will not be back..advertisement did not match air bnb’s description.
The house we stayed at was so much fun, the backyard was huge and had a huge playplace for our young kiddo and puppy to play on. Our teens were ecstatic with the game room and hot tub, and us adults had so much space to cook and grill and spend much needed quality time together. Anytime we needed groceries there was a variety of stores nearby and the people in the community were kind and helpful too. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our hosts were great, and only a quick text message away. We are so thankful for the time we had in this amazing home.
We had a nice time in this Airbnb, it was entertaining for the adults as well as the kids. It was great being able to enjoy the amenities at the house between outings. I would recommend this to others and stay there again. The kitchen was nicely labeled, house nicely stocked, and the hosts were very responsive.
Great spot for a family This was the perfect little house for our family of 5!
This place was very average to be honest. First the positives: plenty of room, beds were fairly new with plenty of pillows and bedding, nice seating areas, large back yard and loved the kids toys. Now the negatives: hot tub was leaking and soaking the lawn and kept running low on water. Refrigerator in kitchen leaked badly and ruined our left over food by soaking it with a leak. The ice in the freezer smelled horrible even newly made. Carpet needs cleaned badly and is stained and smells. There is a musty smell in the place that is unappealing. When we wrote the property management about the hot tub and fridge they really didn’t do anything. Overall it was an okay place to stay for what we were doing but I would never stay here again. Not impressed overall with the maintenance and overall quality of the space.
The house was very nice and roomy. Walking distance to store and Starbucks. Out of the four bedrooms only two are set up for adults the other two setup for kids. Those beds weren’t comfortable for the adults staying with us. All in all for the little time spent in the house we enjoyed our stay.
Loved it We had a great time staying at this house! It was beautiful and quiet. The hot tub was so much fun! The kids loved the swing set and the backyard! There was even a cute kitten that came by to play with the kids! Would absolutely recommend
Perfect little getaway We were passing thru for a few days and found this place the kids loved it and so did us parents would definitely stay here again!
The house is beautiful! The photos provided are true to how the place really is. We had a fantastic time here. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms where spotlessly clean. The beds and mattresses were of great quality. There were quite a few entertainment options for kids. There was also a beautiful kitten roaming around in the yard off and on. Kids loved playing with it. There's a supermarket that is 3-4 mins walk away. Very convenient. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
Fun for the whole family! What a wonderful vacation rental! The house is so perfect for kids with the outside play structure, assortment of toys/ play equipment and garage game room! I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and the kitchen is probably the best stocked kitchen for cooking purposes. The linen closet was also well stocked, which is convenient for families. Cutely decorated and felt like home! The communication was prompt and friendly for all interactions, check in and out was easy and convenient. Would love to book this home again!

The home was comfortable for our six adults and an absolute delight for our one toddler (the mini-shopping cart was a BIG hit). Quiet and convenient, the perfect accommodation for our family gathering over the 4th of July. Hosts were very attentive- Highly recommend.

Our stay in Cascadia Gateway was great! The pictures matched the Airbnb and was cozy and full of amenities. We were a group of 8 and we had the best weekend getaway. Very close proximity to Salem and hikes around the area. The hosts very also very responsive and considerate to our every request, including a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again!
This is an awesome space . Perfect for kiddos and pets. Beds were comphy and the home was very clean . We loved our stay in Monmouth. Thank you for providing us with a home away from home.
Good stay Very quiet neighborhood, close to stores, etc. We liked the fenced yard for our dogs. Home is a bit older. Kitchen was fairly equipped. It could have used a couple bigger pans etc. only had a small fry pan so hard to cook for a family. Otherwise not too bad. Sofa was not very comfortable. It’s been used a lot so an update would be nice. Beds were squeaky as well as the floor and a bit hard for our complete comfort but others may like that. Had a couple minor issues but they were handled quickly by the property mgmt company. Convenient W/D worked fine. Plenty of hot water and towels etc. Didn’t use the hot tub or the play structure so can’t comment on those. Overall a decent place to stay.
Nice, large home. Close to the town of Independence and their riverfront park. Great place to launch kayaks. Cute downtown with some nice shops and a few restaurants. Easy access to Newport on the coast or Salem/Portland areas.
The host was pleasantly and enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the showers where risk for my elderly mother. But can be fixed with handicap rallies
We had a wonderful time at the home! Check was difficult, as the code to the door didn't work, but after calling the emergency number we got right in. The home was clean and spacious. We celebrated Thanksgiving in the home and I was able to make a full dinner with no problem. The kitchen was well-stocked with all items needed to cook, as well as various spices. The neighborhood was very quiet and central to where we needed to be. All in all a lovely stay!
Great rental once we were able to get into the house. The smart lock code did not work initially. Would have my coworkers stay in the rental again should we be in the area for a project. Thanks
6 Guys It was fine and would stay there again. The grill needs upgrading and the lawn chairs have seen better days. Easy walking distance to the grocery store was very nice.
Nice House in a good neighborhood We stayed at this home for 6 days and the weather was beautiful. My wife was able to take long walks in the neighborhood without being over concerned. The house was very well suited for our stay, and we will book it again. There were some minor issues but nothing of consequence. Enjoyed the spa a couple of nights and the patio area. Our small pets truly enjoyed romping around that yard. I was working all week, and it was a short 10-minute drive to work. Good stores and restaurants are very accessible.

As advertised. The property was clean and the property manager was very attentive when we had questions... the only issue we had was the master bedroom was cold with no heat, the heater in the bath did not work..
