It was nice to have king beds in both bedrooms. My only suggestion would be darker shades or drapes in the bedrooms as it is very bright early in the morning. We really enjoyed the area. The farmer’s market in McMinnville was great. Lunch at the Horse Radish was delicious,especially the truffle fries. We visited 4 wineries and two tasting rooms. All were good and very informative.
Beautifully appointed townhome, great amenities, walkable to Main Street shops, restaurants & tasting rooms, and just 15 minutes from the vineyards in Dayton. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Wine Country The property and location were excellent for a trip to wine country.
Perfect Location Our trip to the wine country was made even better with the place we chose to stay! This townhome was in the perfect location for visiting the local wineries. The place was new, perfectly furnished, very clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Willamette Valley wineries!
Great place! This is a great location for anyone visiting the wineries in the area. It’s just a couple blocks off the main street allowing you to walk to different restaurants for dinner. The property was extremely clean. it had everything we needed, and the process and owners were amazing and responsive.
Great home base for wine country Great spot to explore the Willamette Valley from. Modern, spacious condo that's a 20-minute drive to a lot of the great wine cities/towns in the valley. Perfect for two couples to enjoy comfortably. And the hosts were great too. Highly recommended.
Pinot Place Nice, clean, modern place. Comfortable for us and our friends (two couples). Relatively short drive to some amazing wineries. There were people in the adjoining unit but we never heard them.
Willamette Valley Great location with many wineries near by
Perfect! This property was perfect! It seemed like it was brand new, so clean and pretty. It had everything you needed from umbrellas to slippers to every kitchen gadget you might need. The location was also amazing! We walked to get breakfast every morning with several yummy options. We even walked to an awesome winery and then to dinner. It was also centrally located for a good starting point to get to all of the wineries in 20 minutes or less. We enjoyed our visit so much! Would definitely recommend!
The place was nicely appointed and so clean! The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. We loved the location and walked everyplace we went in Carlton. The people were so friendly and we found great restaurants too!
Best little place in Carlton This is our 2nd stay in Carlton in these cute little places perfect for a weekend (or longer). Love the floor plans and super comfortable beds (seriously). Nice fluffy towels, pillows and bathrooms equipped with nice bath products. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk into town to go to tasting rooms or restaurants.
Amazing trip! Our short stay in Carlton was amazing. The property was centrally located to the wineries, local shops and restaurants. Love the bakery just down the street! The property was clean, roomy and the property management team communicated with us and made our stay enjoyable.
It’s how you react that matters the most. The place is just as described. The townhouse is relatively new with no wear and tear. It is actually a three bedroom, two bath unit that the property management Vrbo’s for only four people.it’s good for two couples, with the exception that one bedroom is significantly smaller than the other one. Not a big deal, just an fyi. The area is a nice base for wine tasting and Carlton has many nice restaurants. As the title suggests, we did have something happen; the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and woke us all up. There was no fire and no smoke in the house. We can be upset about it, but stuff like this happens in your own home and fire alarms always go off in the middle of the night. It’s how they reacted that makes this place worth your consideration. We communicated and they understood the system reset itself so there was no need to come in the middle of an he night. They offered to replace the offending smoke detector. When I said I didn’t know which one went off, as they are all tied together. They said the would replace all of them, just to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Then, they asked when we would be out that day, so they could do the work without disrupting our plans. They did replace them all, as I saw the old ones when I took out the trash. We didn’t have any other problems. It is a fantastic place to stay and the management company is world class.
Fun in Carlton This beautiful new property was clean, modern and stocked with everything you might need to feel at home. We enjoyed barbequing on the deck, and walking to town, as everything is so close! I always give extra points for touches like a lighted make up mirror. My husband loved brewing the coffee that was provided every morning. The hostesses were responsive and very helpful. My daughter lives just up the street so this made it the perfect place to stay. We will be returning often!
Place to stay in wine country The home was perfect size for two couples. Stocked with everything travelers would need. Quiet, safe neighborhood and a block away from the town center where restaurants and wine tasting are.

Christmas in Carlton Pinot Place was the perfect place for us to stay while celebrating Christmas with our daughter and her family in Carlton. The house has a great location close to downtown and was within walking distance of our daughter's house. We found the living room seating comfortable which is always a plus. The kitchen had a good assortment of pots and pans as well as plenty of cups, glasses and plates. We had our adult special needs son with but Pinot Place would also be fine lodging for two couples to share.
Centrally Located in Carlton This property was perfect for our wine weekend girls trip. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, we each had plenty of space. It is within walking distance to tasting rooms and restaurants and even the Carlton Bakery! The property was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the quality coffee and bath products that were provided and the welcome basket was a nice touch.
Family visit My sister and I met in Oregon, her from Nevada and I from Massachusetts. We visited aunts, cousins, friends. And having a wonderful stay at your home. It’s beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. We will be back again this is beautiful country. Thank you
