First of all let's start with the good the person at the front desk Heather was amazing and responsive and great to deal with. we went in to turn on the heat and the Heat worked for a little bit and then throughout the night it quit woke up to 58° in the house. went two front desk spoke with Heather she was able to get maintenance to come check it out but was unable to fix the furnace they did provide two small space heaters for the bedrooms they did not do the job adequately but that was not their fault.Woke up very cold in the morning the entire stay. they did give me a refund of $97 but I spent over $1,300 Plus staying there for 3 days so approximately $400 a day. The View was great the place run down needed to updating the shower head barely passed water in the master bedroom it just did not meet the expectations are the caliber of place I would think of when you spend $400 a night. Very disappointed in this unit very unsatisfactory. I visit the Oregon coast every year.

Unbeatable location, great condo facility, nice people. The unit is a little bit run down--things like the toilet handle needing to be held down and could use paint, but it was clean, amazing views and proximity to town, and generally a great place to stay.

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it!!! So relaxing and everything was perfect.

Excellent stay

Once you get past the cosmetic flaws visible in every room—like stained curtains, torn wallpaper, chipped paint, and uneven caulking—you can sit down and truly appreciate what makes this place special: the stunning view of the ocean and the lively promenade. It’s perfect for people-watching and soaking in the atmosphere. We all agreed this was the best view we've ever had in any place we've stayed in Seaside.What we couldn’t quite understand is why the owners haven’t invested just a fraction—about what the property likely earns in a week—to fix these simple cosmetic issues. With just a bit of attention, this place could really shine.

Location can’t be beat. We have stayed in this complex many times, first time in this unit. It’s not the fanciest unit, but the beds are comfy and you can’t get closer to the best parts of Seaside. The complex is awesome and the staff and check in process are great. Kitchen was pretty bare bones as far as cookware and gadgets, but for a weekend we made it work. We will continue to stay in the complex, in any unit including this one, again and again.

An absolutely perfect location with an amazing view. Quick easy access to the Promenade, the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Right in the heart of everything that makes Seaside special, while also allowing for private relaxing inside the unit or on the balcony. We did not want to go home.

Check in/out was good. Places has a great view but condo has some issues

Soccer Grandma We enjoyed the location. Easy to get to the Soccer in the Sand event. We were a bit disappointed that you had to go around to the beach access door on the other side of the building to get to the boardwalk when our room was "right there". Other than that, the room served our needs well.

On the disappointing side The location was perfect. However, even though it was beachfront - the beach access was challenging. Access to the pool and sauna was only through a locked door, we had to ask the onsite manger to unlock to use. The unit did not have scissors…. Kind of a necessity for opening bags of lettuce, veggies, etc. The floors appeared clean, but were not. The HVAC vents were absolutely filthy. The queen bed had a very distinct sag in the center of it. The toilet in the master was so small and low to the ground, left a lot to be desired.I personally will not stay at this property again.

Great view and location We loved being right next to the ocean and restaurants and shops. Our condo was quiet and clean. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. helpful

Awesome location, fantastic view This place was a great location to stay for exploring Seaside and accessing the beach. The views from the condo were fantastic. The condo was dated (which does not bother us except the carpet) and very clean. The kitchen had the minimum of what we needed to make meals. The office staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View Wonderful, beautiful room with amazing view! Property is nice, but definitely needs some TLC. Our toilet handle broke the first time we used it, and the maintenance was quick to come fix it for us so we appreciate that. The living room stayed warm with the heat and fireplace, but the back bedrooms were pretty chilly and drafty. All in all, we will definitely be back!

Cozy space right on the water with all the right amenities for a quick getaway. No neighbor noise, and a cute porch for early morning reading as the tide comes in.
