More amazing than could be imagined! Perfect place for our family vacay!

The kitchen had everything we needed, everything was very clean and it was suitable for our family. The only downside was on a hot day, there’s no air flow with the sun beating in through the glass windows, even with the shades closed and door open. Fans were provided which helped but, unfortunately, it was pretty uncomfortable on the warmer days of our stay.

Wonderful stay at the Sands and Seas Condos! Location was great, the place was clean, and the views from the Airbnb were fabulous for our family. The Sand and Sea staff were all communicative with us and helpful, and we were right on the promenade and went by foot to everything in Seaside and took short trips to Ecola, Cannon Beach, etc. Our kiddo loved having a pool at the Airbnb as well. I read this in another review, but the room that is not the master room, I would recommend updating the shades, because they are very thin and white and let a lot of light in, so it was difficult for our kiddo the first night to sleep on his natural cycle. We had to hang some blankets up to block the sun and then it was fine. The other thing was that the Nest was not set up, and maintenance had to set it up the next day, and the Sand and Seas staff was helpful. Airbnb host should have set up bf our arrival. We would stay again at the Sand/Seas and get some nice sunny days to enjoy the beach.

My family loved the stay. This place is right on the ocean, views were amazing and Promenade was a short walk. It had everything we needed including extra comforters, kitchen was well stocked with about every utensil you might need. We cant wait to be back here again.

What a fabulous place to stay. We have been looking for beach front properties on the Oregon Coast for quite some time and always passed by Seaside on HWY 1. Little did we know there was a quant little town in there nestled up on the beach. The property was absolutely stunning and offered everything we needed. Right outside is the beach and a block or two, the promenade. Only thing it needs is black out liners for the windows, as the outside is quite bright, so sleeping with little ones can be a little challenging in the bedrooms.

Gas Leak and heat not working! Poor upper management with no regard for customers! Positive: Good location. Remodeled unit. Negative: Gas leak on arrival in condo. The whole unit smelled of gas. The slider had to be opened and it was freezing outside (literally). We phone the front desk and the Maint guy (who was also the front desk person on check out turned of the gas. He told us that it was probably left on front the past guest. Who knows how many days gas was leaking into the condo. Once we aired out the condo we turned the heater on only to find it didn’t work. The thermostat read 56 degrees at 3 am. We were all freezing. My husband also sat his alarm every 2 hours to check on the kids as we were still concerned about the gas leak. The next morning we had to call Maint again to try and fix the heater. They were unable to fix it so brought 3 small heaters. It was one thing after another. We paid $1600 for 2 nights of worry and freezing temperature. I figured the front office would at least be apologetic but they did not seem to care at all. When I asked if they would do anything to subsidize the rate they called a manager who said we could have 10 percent off. I found that to be unacceptable and asked for the phone number so I could speak to them. Instead of a direct # I was given their standard answering service for cascadia. I waited on hold twice for over 30 mins each time. I will add when they called to verify our reservation the front desk person told me ours (unit 104) was his favorite unit and how perfect it was. In reality it was issue after issue in supposedly the nicest unit. I can’t imagine what the other units are like. I would never recommend this property or managers.

Great getaway for the family The unit was impeccably clean. The view was amazing.

Perfect getaway for 2 couples Positive: Unit was beautiful, nicely updated, and clean. Had everything we needed. Great views of the prom and beach.Exevellent location, close to everything. Good value for 2 couples vs. getting 2 motel rooms. Negative: TV set up was difficult to navigate. Unable to access log in to streaming platforms like Netflix and prime, or coordinate the 2 remotes. Would have been nice to access a good movie during the rainy spell.

Superb view of the ocean from the property. Apartment had everything we needed. We arrived late and were greeted by Lauren who was very helpful. We ate in Cannon beach each evening.The quality and selection of great restaurants was excellent. Really lovely visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Cascadia! Very easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The hosts/property management were communicative and we definitely felt looked after. The condo was stylish and well appointed (and I appreciated their forethought in turning on space heaters prior to our arrival - it felt wonderful arriving to a warm and cozy place after a long day of hiking). The location was PERFECT - we loved that we could walk everywhere and major nature attractions, parks, and trails were just a short drive away. I look forward to a return visit to Seaside and would absolutely stay at Cascadia again.

Great location and a wonderful condo to stay in!

Amazing property! The pictures looked nice but the place is even better in real life. Close to everything and right on the beach. Host was professional and easy to contact. The whole stay was fabulous and everything was top notch.

Pictures don’t do this unit justice. The garden you look out into is just as beautiful as the beach and ocean. Our only regret was how short our stay was.

Lovely home. Outstanding view. We did cook one night and kitchen was very well stocked. If you book this location you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful beach access Beautiful spot for watching waves and getting to the beach. Quiet and peaceful.

I’ve stayed here several times before, close to everything and has a great view. Heater for the room was broken so we got space heaters which wasn’t the best.

Our condo was in the perfect location with beautiful beach views. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and the aquarium.

Overall a great stay! The place was beautiful, well appointed and close to the ocean. The views were incredible. The staff even reached out to me about glasses I left behind and offered to ship them to me.

Wonderful stay in a recently renovated apartment. Property management is on site and available by text for anything you need. We were missing the sheet set for the sofa bed and they got that to us within an hour. Kitchen is well stocked with all appliances that you may need and even have baking supplies. Will definitely return
