Loved our stay! Only downside was the pool was closed our second night which our kids were pretty disappointed about since we only had a few days. They got it back open the next day however, so very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed with children and the place was very nice and clean . Thank you !

Nice little condo unit for a 3 day stay in Seaside. Disappointed not to have a washer/dryer, but that isn’t available at this unit. Balcony is close to where people shower off after the beach and the door out to the beach. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and functional. All beds in one back bedroom. There is a sofa couch in the living room, but we didn’t use it. The pool is indoors and on the smaller side, but the kids enjoyed it. The beach is very accessible from this location, as is the Promenade and Main Street in Seaside.

This place was a perfect spot for my little family of 4! We’ve stayed at sand & sea previous years & have always had a great experience here. Front desk called me a few days before our trip to remind us of check in & if we needed anything else for our stay. Loved how helpful they were! Just keep in mind that there is no washer or dryer in this unit but wasn’t a problem for us. We will be back in the future!

What a fun and relaxing weekend! The house was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved the pool and it was a close walk to the beach and promenade. The bedroom was nice and dark for our kids early bedtime, while we enjoyed the living room/deck. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to be back again!

Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Perfect for our small family of four. The ocean was a couple minutes walk away, and same with restaurants, shops and town attractions. The pool was a plus for my kiddos!

Nicest place in Seaside We stayed here for a few days with our two kids and it was perfect. It was a close walk to anything you could want yet far enough from the busiest part of town so it’s still quiet. We will stay here again, much better than a hotel!

Just spent a several days working remotely from the unit! Was well equipped, and had a terrific location near the beach that allowed me me to beachcomb during my breaks. Amenities were new and clean, and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. Communications from the host were proactive and friendly - and offered flexible check out when unforeseen circumstances cropped up.

The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and stocked with thoughtful touches—extra blankets, local coffee, even a welcome note that made us feel instantly at ease. Every appliance and amenity worked perfectly, and the high-speed Wi-Fi never faltered (a big plus for our remote-work mornings). Our host was a true standout: friendly, prompt in every message, and full of insider tips on restaurants and scenic spots we never would have found on our own. Check-in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions, and we appreciated the flexible checkout that let us enjoy a relaxed final morning. Location couldn’t have been better—quiet at night yet minutes from shops, beach, and the main highway. After long days exploring, sinking into the ultra-comfy beds felt like pure luxury. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our next stay. Will book again!

We had an amazing stay at Sea and Sand Condominiums! The location couldn’t be better—right next to the beach and within walking distance to so much to see and do. Our room was lovely, spacious, and perfect for a couple, with the added bonus of a partial ocean view from the balcony. The pool was a nice extra, a bit smaller than expected but still enjoyable, and the dry sauna was a great touch as well. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. At checkout, we did have a question about the towels, since we were instructed to leave them washing but found there wasn’t a washer/dryer in the unit. The staff explained that it had been removed, which was a little disappointing since it would’ve been a great amenity—but certainly not a dealbreaker. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the Oregon Coast. We’ll definitely be back!

The location was amazing, very walkable, very close to the beach and the boats were great, proactive about reaching out and making sure we were getting along good. It is a very nice condo. It is a bit noisy bc it is a corner spot right above the hosing off station and parking right off the condo. This is a condo on the first floor but it isn't water facing which I thought it was, still wonderful nonetheless. My 3 yo's first beach visit was such a success, thank you Cascadia Getaways!

we had a great time staying here we love the location and the view from the balcony was beautiful! it was well worth the price we paid and I love that we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go in town. I would say the only thing I would change is that the mattress was a little hard for what we like but I know that it's hard to cater to everyone so that was the only thing that I would change.

We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view! Stunning sunset the first night and we enjoyed watching the beach and promenade walkers, including folks out digging for razor clams at low tide. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed staying in the apartment and being close to the beach and restaurants. A minor issue was resolved very quickly by the friendly staff.

Great time! Our room was great! Elevator was super slow and one was out of order. Luckily we were only one floor up so the walk was just fine. Also, heads up the pool is like 4’ deep and pretty small. The location is awesome!

The condo was so nice! Spacious for 6 people, the balcony was awesome to sit and listen to the waves. The lady at check in was very informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

.Cute and comfortable little condo. Had a good view of the Ocean. The pool was a nice thing since we were visiting in the winter. Good friendly service. The location was a nice central location with easy access to beaches. Parking was available.

A lovely condo in an excellent location. We enjoyed the updated kitchen with lots of countertop space. The south facing condo felt light and bright and we even enjoyed some sunshine on the patio with views of Tillamook Head. Close to all the shops and restaurants and of course the beautiful beach.
