Beautiful and fun weekend for my grandsons 4th Birthday. Positive: Location to main town and beach access Negative: Couch wore out, sink down to the floor when sitting. Beds are hard, need good mattress’, did not sleep good at all, for how much we paid. Check in time 4:00pm is too late and check out too early 10:00 am. Not full time for how much it costs per night.
Space was exactly as described. Check-in was easy. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were given a list open restaurants in the area which was very helpful.
Positive: Everything is close by ! Loved the rooms ! Negative: We wish we know this property was under construction at the moment.
Very nice place to stay. Very responsive property. Had a partial ocean view, stocked with all essential kitchen needs. Just minutes walk from the sand almost a home away from home feel. Will look into full ocean views for the next stay!
I have to say that working with the Cascadia Getaways team was nothing short of amazing. I did not read through the advertising and missed the part about some construction being done. I reached out to them and complained about the construction and told them they did not disclose this information, and had I known, I would not have booked. They kindly and professionally replied that it was in the marketing and there was a reminder during the check-in instructions. They were, in fact, correct. I totally missed it. I apologized and felt embarrased and not one time were they unprofessional. In fact, they were so nice that they gave me a 10% discount. That was generous and not needed. Their customer service is top-notch, and the room was beautiful! They have a customer for life, and I will recommend them to friends and family. 10 out of 10 for sure!
We will intentionally look for this place first for our yearly trips to Seaside. Positive: It was probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Every inch was clean. Staff were so very nice. Negative: The only “complaints” would be the rock hard beds (I riding even make an indent in the mattress; and after swimming in the pool we all had weird snot looking jelly things on us and in our hair. Closest thing I can relate it too and when a diaper was accidentally washed in the washing machine. I also had a terrible skin reaction after only 15 mins in the pool.
Lovely place, well equipped condo. Friendly staff at office. Great location just block or two from town.
We had a great stay and a wonderful time. Would stay again!
It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It was clean and the communication was very good. We have a few complaints such as the loud noise of the AC. We needed to stop it before we went to bed. Otherwise, the sound of AC woke us up and we could not get back to sleep. Also, there was a motor outside in front of the unit, and I had trouble sleeping because of the noise.
Spectacular September weather. Walking distance to everything. Highlights were evening sunsets and fires on the beach. The staff was extremely responsive a d very kind.
Ok Positive: Closeness to the beach. Negative: When we arrived at the condo the room was not ready at 4. We waited for the cleaner to finish cleaning and then were told it needed to be to be inspected and we waited even longer. We did not get into our unit until 4:30 without waiting for the inspection. We had to use the bathroom. We don’t understand if check out is 10AM but you can’t get in the room by 4PM. Also the tv remotes doesn’t work in front room . We had to turn on and off the tv manually. Same goes for the master bedroom. Problem with the master bedroom the cable unit is on the top of the cabinet we couldn’t reach to turn on.
the place itself was nice, nice kitchen and livingroom. But was very obviously not cleaned well, there was a long hair across the toilet apon arrival a dirty used q tip beside the king bed on the night stand plus there was already tons of sand everywhere. other then the minor cleaning and the sleeping issue for our 5th person it wasn't too bad. the couches need an update bad as you just sink right in.
Great location Enjoyed our time at Seaside. Excellent location just on the promenade and short walk to Broadway. The front desk was very helpful and put fans in our rooms before we even arrived.

Awesome location! I really liked this VRBO! I only removed a star because we had to call the maintenence man out to fix the blinds. Thankfully he was very prompt and easy to work with. Its a bit older then the photos show. The location wins all though! Right in the boardwalk! easy 5 minute walk to the main
We loved our stay. The condo is beautiful, cozy and comfortable and even has a little view of the ocean waves and a well placed chair to soak it up. The sauna is a huge bonus - just make sure you visit the pool/sauna when you arrive it doesn’t open until 10 am - which is check-out time. We enjoyed our time very much, so close to the beach and the promenade.

Positive: We have started this property a couple times and we really enjoy the location Negative: This trip I brought my mother that is older.. She doesn’t travel much so she was excited to go to the beach. We got there and everything was great till bedtime. The beds were very old and very uncomfortable. The one bed you rolled to the sinner.
Neat place with good amenities and great location. Responsive and helpful administration.
