Great value, wonderful location-even better than I expected!

I’ve stayed at this condos before just a different unit. I know it said retro but I didn’t see any pictures before I booked. It was fine for what we paid for it. We were out and about most of the time so it really didn’t matter much on what the place looked like.

Good place, but really bad doors.

This unit was very clean and as advertised. The beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and showers were hot and excellent water pressure. Walking distance from the beach which is amazing. Overall, it was excellent place to stay and would definitely book again. One thing for improvement is to have a smart tv in the living room to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. Thank you!

Positive: I got a home feel that made it comfortable. The mattress was comfortabl. Space, 2 rooms and 2 bath, games, warm pool, washer and dryer Negative: Price is high, construction and the elevators showed it. TV in only one bedroom not both, the bed squeaked every time you move

Great stay, cool vibes, would definitely stay again

The place looks like the 70’s married the 80’s and 90’s, but it was comfy and clean and in a great location. The manager and staff are wonderful and friendly.

The location of the building was perfect, and the check in process in was smooth. We also appreciated that they had plenty of luggage carts for guests to use. The unit itself was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The many windows made it so that there was a lot of natural light, and we did have a peakaboo view of the water from the balcony. We had a lovely weekend staying here in Seaside and would definitely book again in the future.

This a great location with easy access to both the beach and all of the restaurants in Seaside. I would highly recommend any of the listings by Cascadia Getaway's in the Sand and Sea. This location is our go to location when visiting Seaside. The host is very proactive with information and the both the check in and check out process went very smooth.

Lots of room.to spread out and perfect location for beach and the promenade area. Could easily walk to everything.

Checkin very easy and katy is so friendly and helpful. Wi fi escellent, parking easy and accessable. Disappointed that no grilling. Have been in places where kitchen stocked with a few basics. This had salt, pepper and coffe items. Ding table wood and groved with no place mats that we could find. Master bedroom has bathroom attached in a closed space. Could smell the mold . The ocean view was only if you were on deck or on top of windoe.

It’s very clean even it’s a little bit old. I just hope we can check out later like 11 or 12 instead of 10 but other than that it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend it. Very nice staff !!!

No secure Wifi - equivalent to going to Starbucks and logging in. With that being said, the host was responsive and friendly. Location is great for coffee, restaurants and things to do. The place was cozy and clean but dated. They could use a modern tv - no ability to stream from the television in the living room.

We were very happy the weather was perfect for an October getaway. Positive: Very close to the beach and shops. Nice balcony with a view of the beach. Negative: One of the bedrooms was very dark, with a terribly uncomfortable bed. Also no TV, just a cable cord to a tiny little shelf. The furniture was damaged and very old in the living room.
