Pros: Excellent location on the promenade, close to shops. Huge windows, lots of light in living/kitchen area. Spacious. Friendly/prompt communication. Small pool. Cons: Floors/carpet were FILTHY. I had asked if floors could be mopped before arrival since my 5-year-old plays on the floor. Staff confirmed this was standard. Upon arriving, our bare feet got dirty immediately - felt gritty. Wet tissue test turned black after few swipes in each area. Sent 4 pics to Cascadia, they arranged "2nd" mopping. Still filthy after - wet towel under my foot left black footprint after 3 swipes. Sent more pics, requested supervisor visit as they insisted it was mopped 3x and I wanted to show her in person. Next morning supervisor came, she apologized, properly cleaned floors. Re: carpets, she explained they get dirty after summer. For $335/night x 5 nights, expected clean accommodations minimum. 10AM checkout felt stressful/rushed with no flexibility despite cleanliness problems.
My family and I have been to seaside many times over the years, it’s our special place! We have stayed numerous places but I know for sure I will be looking to stay with Cascadia Getaway’s for our next trip! The communication was a dream. They were SO friendly and responsive! We were traveling for Thanksgiving and have 2 little kids and they were so kind to arrange us to check in before 4pm so we could get settled. They text us throughout to check in on us and send any helpful information about checking in and out so we weren’t having to look anything up during our stay.
Great price, location and communication. The place looked just like the pictures and was kept up very well. It was very clean and cozy and we had no issues. There was even toys and sand toys for my daughter play with along with a pack n play. It had all the listen amenities, lots of kitchenware to use, and the pool was great. Definitely recommend this place, its right in the center of town and on the beautiful boardwalk. It was a joy to stay at!
This is a lovely home - emphasis on the home. It doesn't feel like a rental, but like a thoughtfully organized and decorated home. The view from the deck was delightful, the furnishings were comfortable and the fireplace was a great cozy addition to a rainy, chilly (for August) day at the beach. The only drawback was that the first floor isn't the ground level - something I didn't realize when reserving it. The need for an elevator, and the breakdown of not one, but both elevators, on our first day put a stain on an otherwise wonderful stay.
Holiday stay
Very nice condo. Clean and fairly quiet. Close to promenade and restaurants.
The location is perfect. It is literally a 2-minute walk to where everything is. The kids enjoyed the pool after we were done in town, which stayed open until 10:00 p.m. If you have an EV, there is an EV charging station called Blink very close to the condos on the second floor of the public parking next to Wyndham. Just know it is a level 2 charger, so bring a proper adapter if you have an NACS charge port.

Lovely weekend on the coast. Management really cared about our stay and was very accommodating. Our unit was very cozy and loved every minute of it.
There is no view from the condo. The minimal view is from the balcony. This listing suggests you get a view and you absolutely do not.
Great location but I wasn’t expecting to be overlooking a duplex where they were loud and fixing cars in the driveway much of our stay.
The room wasn’t clean - crumbs on the counter, toothpaste in the sink and dirty dishes. Microwave was dirty. Condo is older and dated, but otherwise fine. We got cleaner from downstairs and sterilized everything ourselves. When we complained about this the front desk was great and said they’d try to get me 10% off. It irritates the heck out of me to pay for a cleaning fee when we cleaned.
Owner said the listed noted a “peek a boo” view only yet I can’t find any evidence of that. I have screen shots were they talk about plural VIEWS. There are none. The sink leaks making the cords under the sink (which appear eaten and taped up multiple times over) are both faulty and are sitting in water - that was scary. I have pictures as that’s just dangerous.

Very short but perfect location. Sufficed for a short beach stay. Would have loved to sleep in a king size bed. 2 beds and 2 baths was great. A bit outdated but clean and stocked.
Great location and the team at Cascadia Getaways was pleasant and proactive in all their communication. The unit itself was fine for our needs, but dated (it included a VCR and accompanying VHS tapes!).
Best seaside stay
Always a positive experience staying at the Sand and Sea. This years stay did not disappoint. CleN rooms. Every single one of them. HThanks! We will be back soon!
Great option for a multiple day stay. Easy access to Seaside beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, clean quiet and safe! Furnishings are a bit older but fully functional.
The unit was exactly as pictured. It was comfortable and spacious. The floor to ceiling windows were awesome as was the balcony. The gas fireplace was a nice added bonus and helped us warm up after being out in the rain. Great location and we could walk all over downtown without having to worry about parking.
The downside is that it felt very institutional vs the homey Airbnbs I am used to booking. The toilet paper was the worst single ply paper ever. The coffee was standard issue hotel style. A keurig with some creamers would have gone a long way. There were not enough blankets and the ones that were there again, felt institutional rather than homey. Thank goodness we brought a few cozy ones with us. There was very little decor and what was there again felt generic and hotel like. For the price, I would prefer somewhere with more personal touches and home feel.
