Everything statt to finish was amazing. Super easy to work with which always makes it so nice considering it was a last minute booking. The condo was so clean and had every amenity available in the kitchen considering we were having Thanksgiving dinner. Extra bedding and pillows. Rain jackets and a stroller just in case. Toys for kids and to participate in. The patio lets you see the beach. The walk way is right there to the beach and promenade. I will definitely be back.
Lovely, clean, family friendly Positive: We were so impressed with our stay here. The condo was beautiful, spacious and super clean, and stocked with everything we could need in the bathrooms and kitchen. Staff were so communicative, attentive, and helpful all the way through booking to checkout. I appreciated the clear directions for checking in and checking out, and the easy parking. Our kid loved the warm indoor pool and we loved the location and ease of access to the beach and main street. One of the highlights was finding everything we needed for the beach here in the closet -- from beach toys to an umbrella to boogie boards. Not to mention extra sleeping pads, toys, DVDs, a washer and dryer, even a stroller. They have truly thought of everything! Super family friendly here. We loved our trip and can't wait to come back. Negative: Our only issue was that our bedroom was right next to the keypad entry in the stairwell, so it was quite loud when other people entered/left while we were trying to sleep. Bring a white noise machine and earplugs if you're a light sleeper and you should be fine.
40th anniversary/Escape from Phoenix Great location being close to prom and beach! Loved having a washer/dryer in unit! Nice way to escape scorching AZ temperatures
Customer service was great. They called me before our trip to find out if we were celebrating anything and when we got to the hotel, there was a balloon, chocolate, and birthday card! It was so sweet. The condo was nicely decorated. Looked just like photos. The pool was warm and everything was great. Very close walk to the prom. Loved the big windows. Would absolutely book there again.

Highly recommend. I accidentally left my breast pump cord when we left. They mailed it to me right away and were kind about it. We will come back!
Very clean. Everything it said it would be. There was construction happening on the property. We were warned about it and it wasn’t an issue. One of the elevators wasn’t working on the day we left. It seemed like it took forever for the one elevator to get to us. But we understand, things happen and it wasn’t a big deal. The shower faucet in the master suite room was falling off so we had to tighten a screw with a butter knife, but again, not a big deal. We would stay here again.
Positive: The person that checked us in was amazing and helped us when Booking.com completely messed up our reservation!! She and Nate were so helpful in assisting us and resolving the problem by getting us into a new room. Thank you to them. 10 stars for sure!!!

The condo was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed staying here and escaping the Midwest heat for a few days. It was nice to be a few steps from the beach, and within walkable distance to coffee!
Great Location! The place was exactly as pictured, clean and well-stocked. The only negative was the outdoor stairwell right outside the main bedroom has a door that people let slam late into the night and early in the morning. We had a sound machine but it didn’t hide the noise. Management should add rubber to soften the slam. Otherwise, very pleased with the rental.
Had a wonderful stay and will use this property again. Next time with an ocean view

This place was cozy & nice but 2 things that not working with the shower & heater in 2 bedrooms.
WiFi didn’t work for us. We wanted something oceanfront but it was off the ocean 100ft. A small patio was there but with dilapidated uncomfortable chairs and no coffee table. We used the bar stool for morning coffee and made the best of it. Overall good but not great.
