So close to the beach!! Katie was amazing with anything we needed and always had a smile. Game closet needs attention, many boxes but nothing is organized and the carpets definitely need shampooed as there are so many stains all over. Loved the pool area. Would be nice to replace the flip handle door to room so you don’t have to spend several minutes getting in the room. Water very hot, should warn for children as it is scalding. Overall good place just needs a few tweaks when you spend the kind of money you expect a bit more cleanliness and better beds as well.

We had a nice stay and the location was great for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and appreciated that there were enough bath towels. Would recommend!

I wish I booked somewhere else Positive: The front desk associate, Katie, was SO NICE and super sweet. Also, the Cascadia Gateways Team was highly communitive and had great energy. They even gave us some coupons for the local shops in a goodie bag. Shower had amazing water pressure. Negative: Where do I start? We were told our Queen suite (Room 210) had two separate bedrooms but it was actually two separate beds in the same room with a fold out couch in the living room. Not ideal for parents who like sleeping separate from their kids on vacation. The no AC was a MAJOR issue! It was HOT and STUFFY as hell in that unit! The amenities, beds, and pull-out couch are outdated and uncomfortable to sleep on and the whole unit smelled like a mix of dogs and old people. We had to buy a candle from a local shop to try and get the scent out. It didnt. Carpet had random stains and we even found someones old contact lenses in the living room on the side table, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire space. There are dishes for your use but youre expected to do your own dishes and run the washer which is the LAST thing I wanna do on vacation. They have an old school hot water tank in the units closet which will run out of hot water after one shower. So if youre a family larger than one person, I hope you enjoy cold water. Also, the water in the unit smelled and tasted earthy. They should probably get the tank replaced. Overall, the whole place was just fairly outdated and ghetto for the fat prices they charge.

Perfect Beach Vacation Right when we walked in, we fell in love with this charming condo. From the moment we booked our vacation, from the time we checked out, we had incredible customer service. Online communication was excellent and the staff at the check-in desk were so kind and helpful. The host replied right away anytime I had questions. We loved how close it was to the beach, and all of the fun attractions we wanted to do nearby. We never had to get in our car once during our stay. The condo and the facility felt clean and safe, which is so appreciated traveling as a single mom with my young daughter. We would be so happy to book with them again!

Our party of 4 stayed in the Agate Hunter for the Soccer in the Sand tournament. The unit was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It is perfectly located, close to everything Seaside has to offer. We highly recommend!

Great condo and location. The space was perfect for myself husband and toddler. The pool was great! It would be nice for the condo to have updated furniture. But besides that it was perfect! Would return.

Great location - Partial view of the ocean, and an easy walk to the beach and Promenade. Our Host was quick to respond with questions and we will definitely be staying again soon!

The host was very communicative and kind. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The only issue we had was that a lot of the dishes and silverware appeared dirty and there was no TP when we arrived but that was an easy fix. Overall great experience.

Positive: Location was great, stayed at this property numerous times. Staff has always been very accommodating. Negative: This past unit needs some upkeep! Peeling wallpaper, above stove fan unit does not work. Drapes in living room need cleaning Major door draft
