Great view from the Dining Room Table! We booked this condo for 4 nights. We knew it didn't have an "ocean front" view, but were happily surprised that you could sit in the Dining Room and on the couch/chair and had a great view of the ocean. The deck was really big too, but the Spring Break cool weather didn't allow us to utilize it. The swimming pool is small, but perfect for kids and short adults (I'm only 5'2"). They even have "pool toys" that anyone can use. The pool is only about 4' deep, so you don't have to worry about kids going into the "deep end". The only down side is that the beds were much firmer than we like, but that was really a minor issue. We'll be back!
Booked a last minute birthday getaway and couldn’t have been happier! Excellent location, the property was nicer than the pictures, and my kids loved the swimming pool! We will definitely be back!
Great location for a good price. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had all of the amenities listed. We enjoyed using the kitchen and the open concept living room with big windows and a view of the beach. Unfortunately I did step on a small shard of glass within the first hour of entering and had to extract it with tweezers. The beds were pretty firm but had comfy pillows. Also the floors are pretty damaged and the top layer is chipping off. It’s cosmetic but does change the vibe of the place a little bit from what we were expecting from the pictures. Overall I’d stay here again because it was very central to downtown Seaside, right on the boardwalk and was an inexpensive option compared to other places nearby!
Our unit was updated from the last time we stayed here. Nice upgrades and great amenities in the unit. The construction was a little louder than we expected and parking across the street wasn’t the greatest considering it was rainy, but all around was a great stay. We love this place and are excited to see it after the new updates. We will be back again for sure.

The Sand & Sea facility is a great location with easy check in and friendly staff. However, unit 212 needs a lot of work. The furniture is very old and one of the couches was ripped, broken and full of sand. The walls had white plaster, to cover the holes , but they didn’t bother sanding it down and painting it. The bathtubs had water build up inside the shower doors so when you showered black residue came out. Also the floors were old and chipped. Luckily the beds were comfortable.

Needs some TLC I agree with a prior comment that the floor needs to be replaced. It’s pretty bad. And the coils on the stove were sticking out and we couldn’t get them back in, making it useless. Additionally, there were a lot of dishes put away that were dirty. Clean up of the condo could have been better. All in all, we really like Sand and Sea. We’ll be back but not staying in this condo!
Sand & sea Not what it looks like in the pics. Floor needs replacing, needs work, it felt pretty icky so we didn’t even stay out full stay. Would not recommend.
Management was responsive and helpful. The unit itself had all amenities described in the listing and was clean but not well maintained. Flooring was chipped and cracking in multiple places, tile work was shotty, there was wall patches that have yet to be sanded, textured or painted, the fireplace did not work and tv remote had no batteries.. Management gave us a packet of things happening locally but unfortunately had the wrong times published so when we arrived at a few of the events we were turned away. One of which being the ghost convention.. Majority of this was minor inconvenience’s that clustered into feeling like it wasn’t a good choice for us. The location, on site pool and sauna were a huge plus and saved the trip.
Amazing view of the beach. Comfortable clean beds. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and will be coming back most definitely!
We were in town for a basketball tournament and the condo was perfect! Having 2 bedroom w/ 2 full baths plus laundry in the unit was key! Would definitely stay here again.
Nice location. Good view. Beds were quite comfortable. Fans used throughout were quite loud. One couch is uncomfortable (you feel the metal springs). The dining table was tall and the chairs were low, so kind of weird eating there. Overall enjoyed stay.
Excellent, flexible checking. Front desk were amazing. Clean, perfect for seaside. We will definitely repeat. Excellent condo, huge parking space, can see beach, one street across the downtown.
One of the cleanest places we have stayed at for a long time. Their housekeeping deserves a big thank you from us. It makes it easier to relax when you feel comfortable. Speaking of which, the beds were very clean and comfy. Location was great to peacefully relax by the ocean. Just a short drive to Dooger’s for dinner and a nice walk after. 10/10 recommend!
