We had a wonderful stay the concierge for this VRBO was more than helpful and very organized. Our condo was clean and location was ideal within walking distance to Main Street with all restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend staying here and our family will be back.

Great for family of 3 and dog This place was great for a family of 3 (toddler 2.5) and dog. Short walk to all restaurants, easy walk to beach, and perfect amount of space in the condo. They had everything we needed and was pretty kid safe including the balcony. The pool only got to around 4.5 feet and had toys for the kid. We had an awesome week, and would definitely recommend to other families.

My wife and I and our dog Foxy took a road trip from Montana to visit the coast. This unit wasn't quite as nice as the photos led it to be but still nice. Theres some paint coming off some walls/doors that are a little rough looking (I understand the ocean be tough on paint etc). A larger bed is always nice in our opinion. The kitchen could use some cooking spray and some other essentials for cooking purposes. We felt it was more of a property managed unit over a personal touch type vacation rental. The pool and sauna are interesting, it does the trick but its very plain. I went to get in sauna and they had to unlock the door and actually turn it on (was told kids go in there so they have to lock it which makes sense, maybe leave it on enough so it doesn't take so long to get hot). I went in after 15 minutes and it wasn't really warm enough until about 30-40 minutes. We would stay here again knowing what we know, just temper your expectations if its your first time.

Great amenities. Great location. The dry sauna was the best item. The single ply toilet paper was a big disappointment as well as how my wife got rashes from one of the beds.

I was trying to book last minute not realizing it was a busy weekend and having a hard time booking something. I took a chance on booking this condo not ever having stayed there. It was such a wonderful surprise! It is beautiful with large windows all along the south side. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Also, I didn't realize how spacious it was going to be from the pictures. Perfect if you have a pet with you too. Right on the promenade and two blocks from the main strip. We had such a great weekend! The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely book again!

We loved this condominium! I knew that it wasn't an oceanfront room, but was surprised by the view of the beach from the balcony, as well as the wonderful sound of the surf with the huge sliding glass door open. It's easy to see that the owners did a great job updating the room. Really functional kitchen and two comfy bedrooms. When we come back, we would feel comfortable staying for a week next time to really make ourselves feel at home. The staff was super friendly and told us about some of the great walkable places. We brought our puppies so ended up walking to Iggy's for dinner. Sand & Sea is so close to everything that is great about Seaside. The beach is just a few steps away and Broadway street is so lively, even on a cool late winter evening. If you've never heard of Sand & Sea, I hope this makes you consider this wonderful little oceanfront resort condominium building. Each room is different and amazing. We will be back and bring friends next time!

Enjoyed the space and our stay! We spent much of our days out in town but cozied in for the evenings with friends, swimming, and relaxing. The space was perfect for our stay!

We met up with friends from California during our stay, with a cocktail party in the condo. So much room for ud all, plus our two greyhounds. The only negative thing was the double beds ... in both bedrooms! And no fan in master bath. Other than that, it was a nice space. Unfortunately it was also July 4th week and the fireworks lasted into the night for the entire time we were there.

Spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was lovely, and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Excellent location just minutes from the turnaround. Property management was very communicative, and they sweetly left a balloon and chocolate for our special occasion. A very nice and personal touch! Front desk staff was also very friendly.

Beautiful place to stay. We had a view of the ocean from our deck. Very clean and cozy.

The water pipes smelled like gas. We were told it was a city water problem. Checked out a day early and offered only a partial refund. Maintenance checked it and said it was terrible. We were offered another unit but figured it would be the same if its a city water problem. Other aspects were great.
