The condo was reasonably priced and great location. Very clean and modern style condo. My family and I enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Stayed with my family of 4 for 3 nights, we come to seaside every August for an end of summer quick trip. This was our first time staying at this location and it was great, will definitely book here for next year. The condo was big enough for all 4 of us with two beds for our boys in the second bedroom. Two bathrooms as well which is a huge plus. The condo was spacious enough to cook in and we loved the open windows. It does have a partial beach view which is nice- you can hear the waves with the doors open. The location is great, right on the boardwalk- towards the end of town so less than a 5 minute walk to all the shops, right next to a path to the beach as well. Overall we had a great trip and will be back here for our next seaside trip :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Seaside condo! The location couldn’t be better. It is just steps from the beach and only a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool is simple but well-maintained, and my kiddo had a great time splashing around after our beach days. Such a perfect spot for a family trip, and we would happily come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand and Sea! The location of the condo was perfect with the beach just steps away and a short walk to Broadway. We didn’t use our car the entire time we were there! It was really nice to have pool access, our kids swam everyday. The condo itself was super clean and the furnishings are brand new/updated. We would love to stay here again!

We came here because our other housing fell through. Reserved it hours before showing up and they responded immediately! The place was clean for the most part just some corners weren’t vacuumed. Everything else was amazing. Super easy check in and you can see the beach from the balcony

This is the spot to be! So close to everything and had all the amenities! Parking, Pool, Kitchen and First class feel! We will be back!

La vdd es un increíble departamento que te hace sentir como en tu casa.!!! Está muy bonito, bien ubicado y limpio, te dejan todo al 100 para que tú solo llegues y te instales.!! Incluso tiene muchas cosas en la cocina por si deseas cocinar.!! \nLo único que vi incomodo, es que la cama principal rechina al sentarte.!! \nPero todo lo demás lo califico 100% sin duda regresaría.!! \nMuchas gracias por todo.!!! Very beautiful apartment with sea view! Matched the description and it was absolutely clean and welcoming. Felt right at home after arrival. Especially the kitchen is well equipped, having even an air fryer, lots of larger pans and pots etc. We would definitely book it again, especially since the beach is just a 1 min walk away

Had a wonderful stay, would stay again next time. Only complaint - wish the pool was warmer for being early November, other than that 11/10.

Great place, modern, clean vibe. Walkable to beach and main strip in Seaside. I wish there was a hot tub but other than that it was great. Will be back.

The condo was amazing! The location to the ocean and the downtown area was perfect.

Nice view and close to everything you will need.

One of the best locations in terms of closeness to the beach. The house itself is sufficient to watch beautiful sunset from the balcony and it has all the amenities one might need during stay. Property management is very professional and were available for any assistance you might need. We requested for late check out and they were flexible to honour our request. Would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a peaceful stay close to the beach and away from crowd location.

This might be the most perfect AirBnB I've stayed in. It was immaculate, well appointed, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach. The place is super clean and cozy. The front desk staff is helpful and polite. Check in took a little bit longer than we expected but overall we liked our stay. Will come back again!

Great location and very clean!

We had guests visiting from Michigan and they wanted to experience Oregon coast. We all were thrilled with our experience. Our place was very comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the hills in the distance and the ocean to our right. We would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and perfect for us. There was ample space; everything was top-notch and beautiful. We definitely recommend this place. Nice touches, including full-size hair and body products, coffee (decaff, regular) tea, and laundry detergent. Really felt well taken care...not to mention friendly staff and great amenities.
