A lovely Condo that lead to a spectacular vacation! My niece and her family were visiting for spring break from Vermont. Going to Seaside was the perfect interlude from Portland. The Condo was roomy enough for the four of us - full of light, a gorgeous view of the mountains, and a slice of the ocean. It’s only a block from the Main Street for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We never had to move our car.
This place is a gem. The balcony is fantastic with a south facing view that allows for both a sunrise and sunset view. There’s an ocean view from it as well. \n\nThe apartment has all the cooking accessories for our family to cook a few meals. \n\nWe truly enjoyed the private parking and easy walking access to the beach and town. \n\nWould definitely recommend this to anyone in the area.
Fantastic location! It has a little shower outside to rinse off your feet so you don't bring sand into the building, very clean, great sized space for our family to hang out.
Very helpful and proactive hosts. Katie at reception was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the 4th of July, near everything with a great view of the fireworks show.
We came with our adult children and had a great stay. The pool was perfect for the grandchild and the adults enjoyed the sauna. We made a Turkey dinner and enjoyed walking to all the shops and restaurants and there was a big storm we were able to watch too! Loved having the gas fireplace going when the wind was blowing and the big windows to see outside. The king bed was very comfortable.
The check in was great, the ladies were very welcoming and informative
The space overall was okay. Kitchen drawers and counters were sticky, drawers were broken, showers were stained. The bed was comfortable and I loved that there was a lot of extra towels and blankets. Soaps, conditioners and shampoos were provided as well.
We picked this spot for the walkability and having 2 bathrooms. Overall the stay was good but a little pricey for 2 nights
great location
Furniture was very dated, the smell of urine going into one of the bathrooms was nauseating and it was noticeable our entire stay. The other bathroom had mold in it. There was long strands of hair in the bathroom tub. The sofa bed was extremely hard to pull out. No cleaning products to clean the tubs out. A thick line of dust in front of the fireplace. Mold in the windowsills. The unit maybe the building is just old very old.
Great place, perfect location next to beach and the downtown. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Place was clean and quiet. What more do you need!?
I was very impressed with the staff at Cascadia. They called before our trip and made sure to communicate that they were excited to see us and to call at any time before our trip. Once arriving, the front office was so friendly, giving us a gift, and offered clear instructions. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. The condo was clean and beautifully lit with natural light and the pictures did it justice. We would stay here again.
great
everything was wonderful! the 24/7 text acess was amazing ans helpful!
Excellent location to the beach and promenade!
The location was great, but the was not cleaned well. The floors were so dirty that all of our feet were almost black with dirt from walking in the unit barefoot. The surfaces all had dust on them, including the dining room table and the bath tub had dirt around the rim. The staff did come clean the floors after we talked to them, but even after they came and cleaned, the floors were still dirty. Cleanliness is an absolute must have, especially when the property has onsite cleaning staff.
It was a pleasant stay next to the beach. If you want to visit seaside this is a good place and walkable to all attractions in seaside.
nice little spot to stay at on the beach
Always great to stay here. It is close to everything in Seaside.
