From the second we opened the door, our jaw dropped at the view. The pictures just don't do it justice. It was absolutely incredible. We had everything we needed and it was the perfect property for our family of 3. The location was great, down the stairs to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Just 20 ish minutes from Cannon Beach!
Everyone in our group had an amazing time. First time grandkids have seen the ocean. My granddaughter did not want to leave and frankly neither did the rest of us. Unit was immaculate views absolutely spectacular and location was perfect everything within walking distance. Check in and checkout was a breeze with absolute care and attentiveness given to each group. We will be back in the future. Thank you for some unforgettable memories!!
Perfect location. View from the condo is the best. Floor plan and location is accommodating for a family group. Beds are great, support staff are responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay!
Great View and Great Place This property was a fantastic place for our family. The rooms and furniture are a good balance of adult space and kid friendly space. Having the pool was a great addition and provided fun times. We were able to walk to everything. We're already planning to come back.
Our family of six had such a great time staying here. Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were and loved that there were extra blankets at the end of beds in case it was too cold. Kids loved the pool and pool toys provided I was glad to see plenty of pool towels! The bucket of beach toys was utilized every day of our stay and I loved the outdoor shower area at the side entrance of the building to rinse off after beach time! It was a nice addition to have such items as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels etc. provided for easy cleanup. Check in and check out were very simple and all the staff were kind and helpful. All around a great time and we’ll be sure to stay here if we are ever in Seaside again! Thank you!
This was the perfect spot with beautiful ocean views. We came in the fall when crowds were low. The condo had plenty of room for us two adults and three kids. The view of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows is unbeatable. There is no ac, but we didn’t need it. We loved the fireplace to warm up after spending time in the chilly fall air. It was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. While not a big deal, but a larger sectional in the tv/living area would be great. Everything else was wonderful and made for a magical Oregon coast vacation!
Positive: Loved the location and the amenities. Specifically came for the pool and the beach access. Negative: The pool was down the entire stay. They day we were leaving they opened the pool and let us stay a little longer so my grandson could swim. In the room they had a jet spa and no plug. Poor kid couldn't catch a break playing in the water but we ended up finding some to make due.
The room eas beautiful with stunning views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Check in was quick and service was extremely friendly and accommodating. I brought my parents for their last trip to the beach together. Was not sure if my dad would stay alive long enough to make this trip, but he held out. I forgot his wheelchair parking permit, and they gave us special parking privileges to accommodate my mom and dad. On the day of departure my dad became very ill and we were in the parking garage for quite a while as my dad was getting sick and making a horrendous mess. The staff came out and got us garbage bags, gloves and paper towels and were so kind and gracious about the situation.
This is a beautiful condo, and the view is as special as the photos portray. Furniture is clean and comfortable and patio seating is appreciated too. One area renters need to be aware of is the master bathroom, the shower/tub is above average in the height of the tub side so anyone with more limited mobility may struggle getting in/out, and it could be unsafe. Main bathroom has a walk in shower so that may help others. One area for improvement would be adding containers that allow you to store leftovers. There was zero Tupperware, foil, ziplocks or plastic wrap of any kind. If you're cooking in, you'll also want to bring your own seasoning as the ONLY items in kitchen were oil, salt, and pepper. Zero other food related items. Luckily for us, the view was out biggest concern so we weren't disappointed
The view was spectacular with walking distance to dining and quaint shopping area. We were a group of six and very comfortable and what a beautiful space!
The front area facing the ocean was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our time on the balcony very much. I also appreciated having good coffee provided. The beds were very uncomfortable, though. The queen made my back ache and the king was uneven, like 2 different levels. Neither of us got very good rest. Also, the blinds were broken in the queen room. I expected a higher quality for the price I paid. The staff were very friendly.
The view was great. We enjoyed the space. The only negative is that I found several small pieces of plastic on the ground. I walked around and picked them all up because I was worried my baby might put them in her mouth. It seemed like the living room was not vacuumed. The price of the stay seemed like it should include a better cleaning.
Beautiful home and breathtaking views. Around a two minute walk to the beach. This was a dream to wake up to. The views, the sound, the fresh crisp ocean breeze. It was all so lovely and the place itself felt just like home. It was one of the main reasons on why I extended my stay. Looking forward to coming back!
Unit was clean. Elevator area under construction and could have been swept. Beach view terrific and easy access to beach and shops.

We had a great stay here! The views were absolutely stunning, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. We really enjoyed the pool, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the heart of Seaside. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Loved the VRBO. Amazing view!!!!! The ladies at the desk were sooooooo friendly and helpful!!! Thank you. Check out a possible water stain in the hall bathroom, in the ceiling above the sink. 3 areas. It seems that the stains got bigger over our stay.

Hard to beat the location! This unit is right in the heart of Seaside's beach area with great access to all restaurants and beach. Plentiful parking, great views, and just a couple minutes walk from the unit to the beach.

We stayed at Sand and Sea condominiums. The whole process was very smooth and they reached out a few times during our three night stay to see if we needed anything. The place so relaxing. I definitely will be staying again but longer next time. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home. Gorgeous, beach front view within walking distance of downtown food, shops and fun. Clean and loved the beach themed decor! Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, was a wonderful condo with amazing view. Especially liked the jet tub in master bath. Would recommend and will definitely visit again!
My daughter and I stayed in this building this time last year and loved it so much we came back even though the price was higher. It's all about the huge windows and view for us. There was a huge TV but it turned out to be broken. I contacted Cascadia and they responded immediately and sent a maintenance man the next day. We hadn't planned on watching TV but wanted to have the option so he brought us a smaller (but still plenty large) replacement within a few minutes. The beds were strangely bouncy but comfortable enough because I slept great. The primary bedroom has a good amount of storage and an attached bathroom. Beware of the tub-shower. It has higher than usual sides so it could be difficult for people with mobility issues. The other bedroom only had the closet for storage and could benefit from a shelving unit or dresser. I would warn that the main outlet in both bedrooms is behind the beds and nearly out of reach so your options are limited if you have something like a CPAP.

We had a great weekend getaway. Everything was great during our stay. The view was our favorite. We also loved how close it was to all the shopping and restaurants. There was coffee in the room which was helpful. The windows in our unit were clean and the entire wall on the beach was a window so we enjoyed a view while we were inside. Also shampoo and body wash were available. Only a few things were not 5 stars. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The grout was quite icky and the shower curtain needed to be changed out. There were not beach towels or a beach blanket, which would have been nice. I also let the front desk know that the condo’s movie cases were empty when we attempted to find a movie to watch one evening.
