My family had the opportunity to spend a week here and loved every minute of it. When you walk in, you immediately see the spectacular view of the ocean. The condo was close to everything, yet secluded enough that you felt a bit removed from the action. The rooms were just as described and perfect for the five of us to have our own space. We will for sure be back!
We LOVED our stay and hope to come back next year! Lots to do within walking distance, view of the ocean was good for the soul, perfect space for our family of 4!!
The condo exceeded our expectations and felt larger in person. The view was EXCEPTIONAL. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was easy to find and all information was clear. Checkout was easy - no long list of things to do before leaving. Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens) loved the location and plan to return.

Thanks for the good stay. The internet was down for another day after the power was restored post storm, so we could not work remotely as we had planned. Other than that, we had a great stay! Wonderful views from the condo, comfortable beds, and recliners.
The office staff were all helpful and easy to work with. Both check in and check out were easy and efficient. The unit was clean, and all the necessary amenities were clean, plentiful and everything worked fine. There are a few things that could be addressed. The hallway wall outside the door to 308 has been damaged and patched, but not repainted. Inside the unit, the coat hooks that were in the entrance hall have been removed. Coats have to be hung in closets or on kitchen chairs. There is paint damage on a couple of walls, and baseboards are beat up. Finally, both beds have probably reached the end of their useful life, and replacement of both mattresses and the blankets and duvets would improve the unit. Finally, the unit manual covering how to operate or troubleshoot the fireplace operation, and the dryer lint filters is a big improvement over prior years. We first stayed in unit 308 in 2018, so we have some history with the condo and its furnishings.
Beautiful oceanfront view, easy access to the beach. Tastefully furnished and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Building was undergoing significant construction when we were there but we were not bothered by noise. Pool is on the small side and hot tub but we just wanted to be on the beach anyway!

The view was fabulous on he boardwalk in Seaside. Walkable to the beach and to restaurants. Lived our stay. Plan to come again next year.

Really wanted this place to be 5 star but falls short. Great location close to restaurants, shops, coffee and the beach. Newer kitchen, good beds, great view. But some shortcomings. There are no basic tv channels; tons of more obscure channels Can’t stream onto the TV since it’s not on the same WiFi network as the guest’s WiFi The TV instructions in the unit manual don’t match nor does the channel listing in the manual Wi-Fi instructions are not correct (give you a PW but don’t need it Coffee maker was broken (they did replace quickly) Provided 2 packages of coffee, both decaf If you’re cooking, you’ll want to bring S&P as barely any provided One frying pan and it leaves a lot to be desired, as everything sticks no matter how much oil you use Bed was fine as were pillows but only bedding was a top sheet and wafer thin bedspread that didn’t appear to be for a king bed All minor things and we enjoyed our stay, just a few things that should be better for the price paid

Definitely looks as pictured. Nicely decorated. We love this location because it has easy beach access and to the walkable main strip.
