The staff told us they recently changed out the carpet with fake hardwood floors. I slipped twice during my stay just walking. The floors are like an ice skating rink, really dangerous. The balcony was next to an outside stairwell that anyone could access and could have climbed onto the back deck. Felt very unsafe leaving the door open at night and without air-conditioning you needed that door open to cool off the room but it wasn't worth the risk. Staff was great and so was the location but the floors need rugs and they need to address the balcony issue!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo in Seaside! The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Everything we needed was provided, and the space had a cozy, welcoming feel. We’d definitely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Would never stay at this location again. Positive: The woman checking us in was delightful and helpful. The location is pretty good as far as distance from the beach and main stretch of seaside. Negative: Suite 310 is not ocean front. It has partial ocean VIEWs. We could not see the fire work show from our room because of the partial view. It also was in need of obvious repairs and upkeep. The curtains had weird stains. The bathmat that was rolled up and presented as clean had two pubic hairs in it, which has to make you think about how well they cleaned the rest of the linens. The beds were so awful that I slept in a chair the second night. One mattress had the actual cover falling off. Very old and disgusting with springs sticking into back. There are several things that were not up to code like the fireplace. There were dirty dishes in our dishwasher. The bathroom door was warped and out of alignment so it couldn’t shut all the way and made a huge racket trying to. The front door lock was not connected to the door and the screws were literally falling out. The patio slider couldn’t slide easily- it took two hands to open. The balcony railing is loose and wobbly!!! This is on the third floor and it is pavement below. And it was not just a little wobbly. It could move like 4-6 inches. VERY DANGEROUS! I paid nearly $1600 for two nights for room that was AT BEST worth $100 a day. They should take that money and update and fix all the safety violations.
Great vacation Great place to stay. Close to everything. Very clean and very friendly staff. The beds were not comfortable but the rest of the place was great!!
All in all, this place can best be described as “fine.” They met expectations with in-room amenities that you would expect from just about any AirBnB, and everything worked fine enough. Cabinets, toilet, faucet, and countertop in the bathroom were pretty new, but that’s probably the only thing you can say was “nice” about this place. It was probably really cool in 1971. The location was great, however, as the property is right on the beach running path and about a block south from the promenade so there is everything close. On the downside, the bathroom door catches and rubs loudly, the beds were kinda springy but fine, the kitchen and appliances were old but fine, the furniture was old and didn’t match well but it was all fine, the wood paneling here is still a thing. Would I stay here again? Maybe…?
