I would be giving this a 5-star review as the unit was everything promised. It was bright roomy; the beds were comfortable and the view from the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony was amazing! The room was fantastic.The only drawback was the property specifically the elevators. only one was working at the beginning of our stay and within a day or two both elevators were down. walking up and down the stairs would be fine if our older dog could have handled it. He had to be carried. I imagine the elevators are back up and running, but it was an inconvenience at the time. (I know first world problems)As I said the room is great!

Beautiful unit with a short few minute walk down the promenade to beach, shops and restaurants. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and spacious balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked! Had everything we needed to make meals at “home.” Not a negative against the place at all, just a heads up for future guests to bring cooking oil and any seasonings you may need. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this place was for allowing pets! We brought our dog so needed a pet friendly unit. No previous pet smells, hair, etc around. Floors were very clean. Bedrooms are spacious. Elevators are really slow and one is out of order but you can also use the stairs. This unit is only on 3rd floor so not too high up. Very responsive management company. Smelled a gas leak and maintenance came up within 30 minutes. Not sure if it was our unit or someone else’s but hopefully everyone got all checked out. Look forward to staying here again! Can also book directly with Cascadia for a bit less.

My stay was everything for my girlfriend that has never been to seaside before! Positive: It was clean with so much space! Negative: Everything was perfect!

Great place to stay! Perfect beach view and walking distance to beach and town! Like that, they left something for my birthday! Very nice touch!

The condo was a great layout for relaxing with friends. Proximity to the beach was perfect and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff was friendly and accessible.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was great and property management was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return next time we are in the area.

Worked great for our stay...but it is a very old building and condo! This isn't clear in the photos. Do not expect to do laundry, unless you have 4-6 hours to dry your stuff, ours ended up musty. Airflow is also limited, so it is a bit stuffy on hot days. Staff is friendly and location perfect for the tournament. I do think it was a bit overpriced for what it is. We would still consider staying again, now that we know what to expect. (There are no spices at all, so come prepared)

Great convenient stay on Seaside Beach. The campfire at night on beach was an amazing experience. Cool shops and numerous and great places to eat.

Loved the accessibility of the beach and the area. The condo was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The town felt welcoming and humble, nice to feel like you’re in a seaside village and not a tourist trap.

view to ocean eas limited. people from next building could see into our spaces, livingroom, kitchen abd dinning room. mail bedroom location eas not good, it's close to the ally and people could see you through the window. the mail bedroom needs maintenance also need main bathroom remodeling. bed eas not super confortable

This was a great weekend place to call home. Close to everything and the open concept feels big with great view and warm sun!

Staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home! Katie was the best! Close to the beach and promenade. Condo was adequate and nice. The unit we stayed in needs a deep cleaning. Some of the utensil were broken or damaged beyond use, so had to improvise. Over all we loved our stay and would go back.
