I plan on coming again. The view was perfect, peaceful not noisy at all. We got to walk on the beach, enjoyed the shops and food. This was an enjoyable family trip and celebration. We all had fun.

Good location, great view, and responsive hosts. The place is very dated and needs refurbishing. Not a lot of amenities present within the hotel. Not worth the price we paid.
Loved the space, a little beaten up but probably well used.
Location and unit are in a great location. Assigned parking is a bonus.

Perfect getaway This property had everything you could need and the beach views are amazing. The staff was very helpful with recommendations on things to do in the area. This was our first time staying in Seaside and it was a perfect getaway even though it was cold & sometimes rainy during our March stay. But, the expansive view made up for the bad weather. I highly recommend the Seaside Aquarium. Feeding the seals was a highlight of the trip. Also, Sisu Brewing Company was a great spot for lunch or dinner. I gave this property 5 stars for cleanliness because the condo was very clean. However, the living room carpet is a disaster. We were told that previous guests had spilled things. I can't imagine renting someone's condo and leaving it in that condition. Hopefully they'll get the carpet cleaned up before the busy summer season. We really enjoyed the condo and the location and hope to be back soon.
It is a wonderful condominium with an amazing and beautiful location and view. The unit is older and shows sign of age and neglect. The windows provided wide-open views of the beach and ocean, but were dirty. Likewise, there was a lot of dust within the unit. also, all of the balcony furniture and railings were covered with dust and dirt and had to be wiped down before they could be used. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the pots and pans also had dust and residue on them and had to be washed before use. The knives in the unit were a joke. They were very dull and probably had never been sharpened, which made it difficult to prepare meals. Also, there were several other small maintenance issues that need to be corrected. During our stay, one of the two elevators in the unit was broken and the only operational elevator was very slow. A few times, we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator, and there is only one set of stairs that go all the way down to the lobby level.

The view is amazing and the check in/check out process was very smooth. Now the cons….the condo is very out of date. The carpet has major stains, the cabinets are all chipped. The bed is extremely noisy. The closets in the bedrooms are filled with outdated stereo equipment and telephones. I am always surprised when it’s a beach rental and there are no beach chairs and no beach towels. It could be a great place if some updates were taken care of. I originally rented this under the old company, my reservation was cancelled when the new company bought. I had to make a new reservation at a higher price, disappointed that they did not honor the original reservation
