Enjoyed the convenience of location. Main living area and kitchen are lovely with beautiful view. Bedrooms and bathrooms were outdated. Towels were low quality and not enough (given 4 towels for 5 people). When I went to request additional towels I was provided towels labeled “dog” or “pet”.
Great waterfront place to stay, worked well for me and my family. We were unable to control the ac in our unit as it was locked, this would be my only complaint.
Beautiful views and great location! We had everything we needed. The patio is fantastic to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or read a good book. Building staff were so accommodating and friendly. We had some great food and were able to hike nearby. The weather was misty and cool but still enjoyable.
Hands down one of the best AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in. Spectacular oceanfront view. The condo had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The beds were comfy. You can walk to shops & restaurants. The beach was very clean. They even left me a little birthday surprise! 10 out of 10, I’d stay here again!

Overall not a terrible stay. Pots and pans were Teflon coated and extremely scratched and damaged. Would not use so had to eat out instead. Place felt a little outdated....decaf coffee only.

Lovely stay
Sands & Sea Seaside Rm 404 was not acceptable. No air flow without leaving the main door open in a very insecure area with open access to all floors/rooms. The window we were told to open to allow air flow in these non-A/C rooms was rusted shut. The door in that same room was also rusted/sealed shut. Maintenance was called right away & came to the room with a can of WD-40 that did nothing towards opening the window- He said sorry, we can't help you. I bet having a room with an inoperable window & door might be a safety/fire code issue. Cascadia said, and I quote "No other rooms are available so we can keep the room as is or find another place to stay with no refund." UNKNOWN TO US: The annual car show was being setup 30 yards away with endless construction equipment honking non-stop as they backed up. This took place all 7 days from sun-up to very late into the night. We paid to hear the ocean, not construction. This should have been disclosed- Do NOT waste your money like me

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand & Sea and would love to go back. The view of the beach and Tillamook point is just amazing, We spent a lot of time on the balcony people watching on the Promenade and beach. Every night there were at least 10 fires on the beach which was also fun to watch from above. The property was very clean and comfortable. I requested an extra fan because the first day was warm and they brought it to our unit within 20 minutes. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the unit was just 2 blocks from the main Boulevard with tons of shopping games and food. Overall very happy with our stay!
