Great Location Overall great stay with family—the location is amazing!
It was a great place to stay in proximity to the little town. Had just about everything that we needed and even had a little chair for our kid to sit on the patio with us. I’ve never been somewhere where they are so communicative with you from pre-trip and all the way throughout. Only con is the walls are pretty paper thin so bring your white noise machine.
Great location Christmas with family
This is a nice spot! The lication is right on the promenade with eady beach access. Great for families and yet very quiet for an adult get away. I enjoyed the balconie's simultaneous oblique view of the ocean (sheltered from the wind) and the stunning view of the Cascade Mountains. We liked it so much we came back for a second night!
Sand and Seaside Escape 410 was a great place to stay! The condo was as described, the location was great and the views were gorgeous. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra linens, having plenty of towels and the included shampoo/conditioner/soap was a nice touch. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio as well. Check-in was quick and easy and we appreciated the luggage carts. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The one inconvenience we had was receiving only one room key. As a family with two college age kids, we were coming and going a different times, so the key situation was a constant issue. Other than that, the stay was ideal!
First time staying at this property and we enjoyed the stay. Check-in was very easy and got helpful information of the area and happenings for the Thanksgiving Day and weekend.
We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions in Seaside. There was a gift bag with coupons to local restaurants, some coloring pages, and locally-made magnets, which were some nice touches. A couple things to note: the building is older and appears to have been renovated slowly over the years. It’s not completely updated, but the spaces are clean. The shower head is low for anyone taller than 6 foot. There is a window in the room that lets some light in and some darker curtains might be helpful. None of these things would keep us from booking this room again. We feel it was good value for the price point. But I’m hoping that these notes will help avoid a bad review in the future from some grump with no perspective. Definitely would recommend!
The convenience couldn’t be beat for these tires feet after the Hood to Coast relay race, just steps from the after party. Easy to walk to restaurants and entertainment.

Very organized, clean, and well-run rental condo operation, right on the promenade/beach at the heart of Seaside. Pre-checkin communications were prompt and thorough. Parking is sufficient for both owners and rental guests. Condos are clean, comfortable and well-stocked.
The fireplace was very nice, but had to have the maintenance guy come start it for us. The fan was squeeling very loudly. Ran out of hot water, the water heater quit, had to move to another room. The second room was even nicer than the first one.
Comfortable Stay Great staff, nice rooms and accommodations were great.

Summer Vacation This was a great place to stay! Close to everything and great view. The only thing I think it could use is a fan. It got a little warm but other than that it was great.
Amazing location right off the promenade and close to the main street. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking available. Nice spacious place that had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Balcony was spacious and quiet. One thing to note, the beds were two fulls and not a full and queen like the description stated and that I had confirmed prior to booking.
Great views. This unit could use a deep clean as far as walls and doors. The balcony railing is very loose. Faucets could be tightened. Overall it was ok for a few days. Thanks
