We love staying in this building. First time in this room and it was exactly how the pictures look. One of the biggest issues we had was just the overall cleanliness of the place. There was dust and residue on the floor when we got there which was immediately a turn off by that. There was also dog hair on the furniture and ground. The check in process is so quick and easy. We love the staff there. The pool area is very nice and clean. Walkable location and easy to get everywhere. Would love this condo if it had some updates and better cleaning but outside that we loved our stay.
Favorite
Sand and Sea is our favorite place to stay in Seaside. The view is amazing, the large windows bring in plenty of light and the short walk to the beach is why we enjoy staying there. Then to our surprise we found a pet friendly unit! Bringing our pup was great!
Stocked coffee and tea bar. So nice! Toiletry items were helpful. Plentiful towels. Cookies and flowers nice touch. Fully stocked dishes and cookware. Could use another large pot Being able to park in the garage was wonderful. The whole space was clean and tidy and inviting. Plenty of hangers in the closets. Didn’t use the Jacuzzi, but outdoor seating was good. Living room furniture was not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked for a family group. (Could use some beach chairs.). Love the picnic items. Host was very responsive.Overall, a 10 out of 10.
Short spring break
This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 teens and 2 moms. We had a great ocean view from the living room/balcony. The unit had everything you could ask for and plenty of room. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. It was right on The Prom, and within easy walking distance to the town. Definitely recommended this property, and we will be staying with them again!

Perfect
Spent 4 nights here with husband, elderly father, and two dogs. This was the perfect place for our varied needs. Everyone we encountered was so kind, the access to beach was perfect along with view, and condo was lovely and well stocked. Perfect for us.

The property was great. Loved the location and the amenities. The Master bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower.
We have stayed at the Sand and Sea many times over the years, rotating around what unit fits our needs. Needless to say, it never disappoints. Our unit was exceptionally stocked with every kitchen utensil you could think of. The beds were comfortable, the unit clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We always choose Sand and Sea when we visit, and will continue.

Perfect size, great location, well organized
Very nice setup, view, and walking access to all Seaside has to offer. The beds, baths, and appliances were great. Hits on cleanliness due to older windows that were damaged with some mold/dirt on sills and lack of vacuuming on pull out sofa. Great details added like games and beach items. Good pool. Wished there was a fitness room. Reccomend highly!
This was our first experience with AIRBNB. Cascadia Getaways made that experience awesome! The place we stayed had a beautiful view and was well stocked. The staff was beyond friendly, courteous, and helpful ... we give the staff 5 stars. Will definitely book with Cascadia (and AIRBNB) again!!!

Great location, spacious kitchen/common area and a balcony with a side view of the ocean. Building is right on the promenade & very close to the main street in town so it’s very walkable.
I wouldn’t recommend using the in unit washer/dryer. The dryer kept adding water & we had to check out with a bag of wet clothes. There were also a few hiccups with communication with the management company but over all a good stay.
