Great location close to everything interesting to us (restaurants, shops, coffee shops, gelato place) in Seaside, next to the promenades and great and easy for morning and early scrolls. Clean and bright living room suitable for a relaxing family vacations. Front desk and host were both super responsive and helpful on Qs about Nest thermostats.
Really appreciate the quick response through texting. My family and I would most definitely stay there again of its available.
Wonderful Location. Large windows and mirror made the place feel larger. Nice overall but some carpet stains and scuffs on floors but nice for older type building. No AC or ceiling fans so if peak summer days it could get warm inside. Very responsive host and let us in early which was very nice given we had our two small grand daughters.
Check in with Katie was wonderful - Very friendly and informative!! The gal at check out was just as great!! We had stayed here a few years ago in another unit and love it then as well. Over this 4th of July weekend we had a good view of the beach opposite to where the main firework show is put on and the bedrooms are opposite of the beach so the beach/fireworks noise was impressively muffled more than it would in our own home! Room was as expected and clean. The showers actually have PRESSURE - loved that! Kitchen was well stocked however there were no scissors or foil in the unit so cutting things open had to be done with a knife and we just got some foil from the store for ourselves, no biggie! fans in the closet were very nice, No AC. We do wish the bedroom window with the bunks had a screen to allow air flow to cool the room down and that either window could be cracked more than .5mm. The individual kitchen sponge, extra paper towels, and trash bags were appreciated.
Our third time staying and wont be the last!

The condo was wonderful. Location was the best, only two blocks away from Broadway St where all of the restaurants and shop are located.
Photos are nicer than the actual apartment, which needs some upkeep. Walls are thin so it’s easy to hear folks walking outside. Location was great though, so if you can rent at a reasonable price and just need a place to sleep it’s not a bad option

Had an amazing stay at this seaside apartment! The ocean view from the windows was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and scenic stay!

Loved our stay. The condo was a great size and the kitchen was a joy to work in. The big windows and large balcony took advantage of the beautiful views. It was great to just park our car and walk everywhere. We will definitely be back!
Great location. But, upon check in both pool and sauna were out of service till the next day. Our condo itself was unbearably hot. The staff did get the furnace fan working and did bring up 2 large portable fans, the next morning we had no wifi for most of the morning. In the closet there were 3 foldable beach chairs, one was broken. We found 10:00 am early for checkout! It would have been nice to have a table on the patio. On a positive note everyhing else was 100%!! Laura at reception was GREAT too!!
