Spring Home 6 Cozy 4BR Cabin in Black Butte Ranch — Guest Reviews

Comfortable living and dining room area. Kitchen well stocked with staples. Adequate towels for home and pool use. Multi level deck very spacious with shallow steps to various levels. Our 90 YO guest missed the step and fell the first night. Fortunately he was ok! Carpets very stained and tack strips holding carpet to stairs were exposed and sharp. Originally a beautifully built house that needs some upgrading. The bunk room is accessed by a separate staircase which was a surprise due to lack of accurate layout description. One parent had to sleep with the 2 and 6 year old because of the distance from other bedrooms. All in all, we did enjoy the house and black butte. Smoke came in and out due to the Flat fire burning 12 miles away. This was disappointing.

Great family home in Black Butte close to the pools and golf course - comfortable beds, nice amenities, great central living room, and Cascadia Getaways was very communicative. Would recommend!

Good House for Families Great house for our family of 4.

Great Rental We absolutely loved our stay at this BB rental. Our favorite part was the location to the lodge and trails. This house had air conditioning which is a rarity in most rentals so that was a huge plus for us. We had everything we needed for the week and felt right at home. We would definitely rent again!

Property management is very communicative and quick to respond. The deck is spacious and great for outdoor meals and socializing. The house is not ADA approved but I haven’t found anything in BB that is. With that being said, we were able to make adjustments so it was wheelchair accessible for the deck and first floor.

Excellent retreat for a ski weekend

Excellent stay, affordable, can use community amenities, clear communication, clean space, excellent location! Overall definitely would recommend!

New Years getaway We had a wonderful stay over new years. House was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Great location.

A fun stay in a beautiful place!

This was a great rental. The house was well stocked and the listing is accurate. The renal company is highly responsive. They replied immediately any time I sent a message asking a question. The bathrooms were all stocked with extra towels and each bedroom had spare sets of bedding if needed. The fenced in deck was so nice and I would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

Great comfortable stay; would stay again! Positive: Cozy cabin, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, nice resort amenities (hot tub, steam room) Negative: Kitchen counter was streaky—needed to be cleaned.

Great place located well off the busiest parts of Black Butte

Black Butte Ranch The house was great, well appointed and full kitchen tools. We had two minor issues. First the code to unlock the front door didn’t work. That took several calls to resolve. Second, we did not have the check out process the evening before our departure. I emailed Cascadia and the reply said to expect them 18 hours before we left. I did not get them until after we left. If there were more paper towels, we could not find them, so we bought more.

Comfy and bigger than expected. House was very well stocked and was bigger than expected. Really enjoyed the Adirondacks on the deck.
