We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy time with family. The home was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully laid out, and had everything we needed—truly one of the most fully equipped Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The views were absolutely lovely and made mornings and evenings feel extra special. Everything was comfortable, clean, and clearly cared for, which made settling in effortless. Checkout was hands-down the easiest we’ve ever experienced—so refreshing and stress-free. The hosts clearly understand what makes a stay feel welcoming and easy. We’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway.

Our family got together over the Thanksgiving holiday and truly enjoyed our stay at “The Perch”. The house is fully appointed, clean and functional with rooms for our three daughters and their families, 10 persons altogether. Playground equipment was great for our three year-old as well as a clean and functional hot tub for adults. Kitchen appliances and utensils were more than adequate to do all the cooking that was required for our Thanksgiving meal. There were essential supplies for cooking and cleaning as well as plentiful towels, etc. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Amazing View-Amazing Home Stayed at this beautiful property the weekend of my mother’s memorial in Salem. It was truly the perfect place to reflect and remember with my family of 5 and a few out of state family members. We were in awe of the view and grateful for a relaxing and comfortable home to spend time together! Thank you!

Excellent home in wine country! This gathering was with family and friends to celebrate the upcoming wedding of my niece. The home was secluded, very peaceful with outstanding views. The home had everything we needed,,was very clean and the host we incredibly friendly and were very quick to respond to my many, many questions. We went to several wineries which were a quick drive. I would highly recommend & were creating reasons to stay again!!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting Very nice house with cute touches and amenities. The kids enjoyed the play place and the hot tub. Location was remote, so a little far out of our way but would work well for visiting wineries or those wanting peaceful, quiet surroundings. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. Check out was simple and easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wine trip Wonderful, quiet country setting with beautiful views. Four rooms each with comfortable king sized beds! Nice jumping off point for exploring the wineries in the area.

Perfect stay in Amity This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at: comfortable, spotless, amazing views and location, well maintained and everything you need in the kitchen. Location is super around some great wineries and easy access to the coast. The hosts were very communicative that made everything easy. Our pups loved the yard and the humans loved the good fence! Even the beds were comfortable with good pillows.

Perfect Wine Country Accommodations We can't wait to return. The house is beautiful, well appointed; the view is amazing. It's very convenient to many wineries. Traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was a big plus. The only time we all agreed we would gladly return. Highly recommend.

​For fellow dog owners, the fully fenced grass yard was a total game-changer. It’s huge, well-maintained, and my dog had the best time running around safely. The house itself is lovely, huge front and rear porches amazing, but the outdoor space is what truly makes this place a gem. Highly recommend!

Our group of eight spent Christmas at this beautiful home and it far exceeded my expectations. The house is even nicer than it appears the pictures and the property is picturesque. I was a little nervous about it going into it hoping it would be a comfortable, clean and relaxing place to celebrate Christmas with our family, but the minute I arrived (before the rest of our group) I was instantly at ease. The house was warm, welcoming and ready for us. With our three grown kids and their partners, and two little dogs, the place worked out really well. I appreciated the comfortable beds and extra little blankets to spread out for the dogs on the sofa. Everyone had plenty of space and the living room was very comfortable for us to hang out as a group. A few of us enjoyed the hot tub which was very nice. There is a wood stove which we did not use. The kitchen was well stocked. Would be a nice spot in the summer near the wineries. A great stay, would come back again, thank you so much!!!

Beautiful inside and out! We loved our stay here! It was sparkling clean inside and the rooms were all decorated nice with everything you'd need! And then the outdoors is just as lovely - the view was beautiful and it was quiet. It was a very calm weekend! Our dogs also loved the property and it was completely fenced and secure for our large and medium size dog. The only thing we were a bit nervous about, when we pulled in, is it appeared that the neighbors would also use the gate to exit, leaving an opportunity for our dogs to get out but we never saw them use it and believe there is another exit for that home. We would definitely stay here again as we have many more wineries to visit!

This was by far the best short term rental experience we have had. The home was amazing, sparkling clean and well stocked. It's sits in the most beautiful mountain setting and an unbeatable view. There are neighbors but it feels very private. The huge windows provide tons of natural light and allow you see the views all day long. The hot tub was super clean and functioned just right. We cooked the whole weekend and I found everything we needed stocked in the kitchen which is super helpful and not always the case when renting. Beds are huge, clean and comfy! The communication was what set them apart. They gave great instructions and checked in with a personal note and didn't ask too much on checkout which made getting packed up and out on time so much more convenient. I would totally stay here again and hope we get the chance. Perfect location for our girls weekend!

Amazing, quiet and scenic We rented this house for six women for a special occasion trip to wine country. The house is out in the country but was perfectly located for the vineyards we wanted to visit. It's a quick trip into McMinnville. There was plenty of space for socializing and enjoying the ambiance of ths quiet country setting. The house is well provisioned and -- WOW -- four king sized beds! What a treat. Great communications with the property managers who provided a lot of local intel. One of the best houses I've ever rented!

This was such a lovely place to stay. We came down for my brother’s Dec wedding. Even though we arrived in the middle of the second or third atmospheric river and we couldn’t see much as far as views most days due to pouring rain, it was still amazing. The house really is dog friendly and they leave tons of blankets to cover furniture etc. The yard is quite large and fenced and there’s great drainage with no standing water (less muddy pups). The kids really enjoyed the toys and games and my 12 yr old couldn’t stop saying “can we move here?” (haha). If it had been less of a torrential downpour with our PNW freak weather event, could have enjoyed the massive deck more but we still grilled and used the hot tub. Highly recommended this place! We would love to come back!

Alex Birthday Property was great. Easy in and out. Had a great time.Would recommend the renter has control of the thermostat. House went up to 86Deg the last night. Also plan the grass cutters latter in the day, The 7am mowers woke everyone up. Porch lite was very responsive.Cant wait to come back.Thank you for providing a great home away from home,

Wine stay A great place to stay. Well equipped. Beds were great. Beautiful views. Lots of room. Our group of seven truly enjoyed staying here. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great friends reunion The location and views were excellent! Far enough away to feel secluded and close enough to great wineries in the area. And the house was beautiful and comfortable for relaxing time. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks so much for sharing this great place!
