Loved the location. Beautiful ocean views from the covered back patio and hot tub. Nice yard and fire pit to enjoy the scenery. There was actually an extra room with an extra bed and half bathroom. Game room was in the garage and a nice secluded place for the kids (or adults) to play and hang out. More than enough dishes/silverware for a family of four. Nice dog run for our doggy to enjoy. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Such a communicative company and a beautiful spot right on the beach. Amazing views, lots of amenities and an excellent spot for our large family. Not sure if it wasn’t occupied between us and the prior visitors for some time but the rooms could do with dusting, some of the linens had some staining, pillows didn’t have encasements and windows were pretty buggy. Parking is tight! But if you’ve got a doggo and a big crowd, it is the perfect size. We all had space and the sizable kitchen was perfect for 3 meals a day for 6. Pretty good stay overall! Thank you for making the annual beach trip fun!

perfect place to stay with family!! not a terrible walk to the beach. beach was quiet and peaceful. house was good size. does have steep and small stairs so you have to be careful. comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms! loved it!!
Casual beach stay to accommodate a family visit to the oceanside, with relaxing fire pit and jacuzzi available. Positive: Front ocean view, bbq and fire pit, jacuzzi, enough space for our group of 7 adults, great location for beach walks or visiting town Negative: Bbq needs cleaning, pit skewers would have been nice for s'mores, we were left without kitchen towels and extra bath towels (which we later found in full dryer in garage). Garage stairs are a death trap. Dryer sheets box was left empty.
The location is absolutely perfect. The backyard is even better than the photos on the listing. The house is comfortable for the whole family, everyone had plenty of space for themselves to enjoy the vacation. The Property Management Team was great and everything exceeded expectations!
Great place for our family and our senior pup. Very short/fun walk down to beach access. Breathtaking view of the Pacific and wonderful ocean sounds to fall asleep to. Hot tub was in excellent shape and so nice. Thank you!!! We would come back for sure.

This was everything we had hoped for! it is a deceptively large house and eeryone had their own space. My teens loved having their own space upstairs. It was nice for them to have a half bath up there. The stairs are steep both upstairs and to the basement so I'm not sure older adults would find it easy to go up and down. We brought our two goldens and my mom had her tiny Bichon Frisé...there was plenty of space for all of them. We even got one of our goldens to use the doggie door! We really liked having access to the basement from the driveway. Perfect to be able to bring wet clothes straight to the wash or store our beach things. The view was absolutely stunning. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs and looking out at the surfers or just listen to the ocean. The house had a set of binoculars that came in handy as well. Thanks for a great stay!!
This place is in a really cute neighborhood with lots of space and 2.5 bathrooms. It was a good size for my family with adult children. When we first got there we were surprised to find that they were doing construction in the front yard. It was pretty massive and there was an excavator right in the front of the house. So it was tricky to park our cars. We were also disappointed that dogs aren’t allowed in the back yard. I think it because they worry dogs will jump over the edge but I wish they would let the dog’s owners make that call. This makes it hard to enjoy the backyard and fire pit when you can’t have your furry best friend next to you. Dogs are allowed in the all gravel dog run on the side of the house. The house is older and has character. There are plenty of sand toys, games and puzzles. There are large tvs upstairs which the kids loved. We really appreciated that they didn’t give us a list of chores to do before we left the rental. Overall it was a good stay
Comfortable and Convenient -Very Pet Friendly Stayed for 2 weeks, it was a very convenient location and also VERY dog friendly. That is a important feature when you travel with pets. They handled any issues that came up quickly and even brought in a new BBQ. The house could use some updating but it worked for us all. The yard was a great place to relax.
Would definitely rent again. Positive: Location is great. Beautiful view. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was great. Liked the dog area on the side of the house. Negative: House is dated, but I would still rent it again. Need to supply closet hangars and a larger supply of paper products. Also, couldn’t adjust heat up or down. It was cold outside and at times couldn’t get warm enough inside. They did supply a space heater which we used and that worked great. The upstairs bedroom with 2 beds needs a door at top or bottom of stairs. Anyone sleeping there gets woken up by downstairs noise
Great location. Perfect view of the ocean from a cliffside house. Plenty of rooms for a large group of people, but we enjoyed it with just us two. The hot tub is incredible and overlooks the ocean. Great experience.
My husband and I had a great time staying here with our dog, the home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed all the amenities and had a fun time playing uno on the back porch while enjoying the relaxing waves. Can’t wait to stay again!
Our biggest issue was the misleading advertising and pictures of the beach access. Due to the pictures and advertising, we were under the impression we had immediate, step out the back door access to the beach. That was not the case and due to a physical ailment I needed a place with out the backdoor access to the beach. The house did provide great bedding and bathroom space as well as a good living area and dining space.
The view was fantastic and that's where it ends. The beds are old and feel like pullout couch beds with springs popping through. Very uncomfortable. Lacking in any extra amenities. Would have been nice to have more throw blankets to sit outside and enjoy the view. Toilet was leaking and bathroom spelled like pee. We got there one hour late and the cleaner was still there. We still had to sweep up after she left. It was obviously the place hadn't been used in awhile. All the outside chairs were covered in salt that we had to wipe down, not just a layer from a day or two. Windows were filthy inside and out. Doesn't make for a good view of the ocean. I guess for the price it was fine, but compared to most of the Airbnb's I've stayed in, it did not feel like they cared to make your stay comfortable or pleasant.
House has everything you need for a beach getaway. The view is the main feature and the hot tub ! House is a little rough overall but good for a big group.
The moment we walked in we felt at home, fresh linens, abundance of towels, and the view is just amazing. We enjoyed our stay , Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Beautiful view right on the ocean with hot tub, nice place Positive: The location is awesome, the house was great, it has everything that you would need, there are some steps to get up to the house, but the way they are spaced my 88 year old mom went up them. Only a couple blocks to beach access, it was our second time staying here. We'll be back!! Negative: The telescope needed new battery's, other than that it was great.
We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and open space. We did not bring our dogs this time, but it would be a really nice place for dogs to be. The view is awesome and the neighborhood was quiet.
